Sending an order for a friend on behalf of my dad. Very easy to order, processed so quickly and receiving updates on the delivery. I would have given the extra star if I could see and share a picture of the actual bouquet. Maybe a system where you could email the flowers before packaging would be useful. Despite indications on the box the flowers were delivered upside down, inside the box the card was creased and a few of the flowers were crushed suggesting that they had not been stored correctly in transit. The flowers themselves were no more than you could find at a supermarket. The only worthwhile part of this service was the expression of surprise on my wife's face when they were delivered.

A great range of flowers and prices, easily ordered on their great website and a super efficient tracking system enabling me to see exactly where my delivery was. In total I paid £59- £7.99 for same day delivery - achieved - chocolates - tick - flowers were half dead & looked nothing like the advert - contacted Customer Services - & basically told - ‘tough' would NEVER buy from again

I ordered some flowers for same day delivery in the morning, and got an email a lot later in the afternoon to say that they couldn't deliver that day, and did apologise, but could deliver tomorrow. Was a little unhappy as I only used EFlorist as they said same day delivery.

Answer: Easy but no sympathy or results. They are in self denial as to the quality of flowers they are sending out. Avoid, there are much better service providers out there. I wonder how many people are too embarrassed to let their sender know how bad they are.
