Birthday Flowers

I am very happy with my first order from eFlorist. The order process was simple and prices were very reasonable. In particular, I made a mistake in my order which meant that I had to contact the customer services team to amend this. Not only did the promptly fix my problem, but they also provided me with periodic updates as the dealt with my query. I will most definitely be ordering again!

I ordered these flowers for my sister as a surprise and she is very pleased with them, she said lovely colours and lots of flowers.
Arrived on time and over all seemed good service.
Time will time how long the flowers last.

Beautiful

The flowers were delivered on time and my daughter loved them. I was able to see them via FaceTime as I live in Mallorca. They looked fresh and vibrant. Oone small criticism I would have liked a larger bouquet and would be prepared to pay extra for them

Improving but not great

I previously bought flowers and was dissatisfied with quality however this time they are an improvement although two flower heads were chopped off in transit and the vase I paid for is cheap plastic and definitely not worth £4.99 and it's ugly.

A joke

My daughter in law has waited for two days for a replacement bouquet of flowers and they still haven't arrived whats the point of asking for a date for the bouquet to be delivered and then not deliver them This company is a absolute joke. Wouldn't recommend this company to anybody in fact i will warn people not to shop with e florist

So I'd made two orders for two friends, one of which was average at best i mean i could have got some like that for £5 from asda and £1 crappy chocolates and flowers died 2 days after. The other friend received hers all crushed and wilted, half dead and missing chocolates... after several attempts with " customer service " which were copied and pasted emails They asked for photos and ended up with a refund for £2 out if a £37 order.

Told them to shove it up their **** disgusting vile humans please avoid this " company " I'm just getting started on bringing them down

I've purchased a £44.99 bouquet for a close friend's 80th birthday. Instead of the large bouquet which was advertised, my friend had received a cheap-looking one, similar to the kind you can find at your local supermarket for under £10.

The eFlorist customer service team have declined to provide a partial refund, claiming that "Having reviewed the photograph you have been kind enough to provide, we are pleased to see that these flowers are fresh, have met the colour scheme of the advertised product and are to value". My requests to have the name of the local florist which delivered my order were completely ignored so I can't even take this matter up with them.

Product not as described, breach of contract, ignored all communication including recorded delivery letters, take them to court and make them pay you back. Was so frustrated setup an information website about them called efloristonline.co.uk

Ordered flowers (Monday) for my mother's birthday (Wednesday).
RESULTS:
- Flowers delivered one day late (Thursday afternoon).
- They arrived in a box. I expected a hand delivered bouquet.
- Flowers were dry and wilting (no moisture/water device in the package).

I emailed the company on the day of delivery... nothing.
I shared my disappointment via their feedback form on the day of delivery... again nothing.
£36.58 of utter disappointment and sadness for my mother.

False advertising

They are advertising free chocolates with flower purchases, this is a lie! They don't send them and when asked they say they don't gace too. If they are advertising free items and not sending then this is false misleading advertising and they need investigation by Trading standards!

She waited until 4.30 pm the flowers were wilted and no chocolates.

DISGUSTING

Ordered some flowers for Mother's Day. They looked lovely so upgraded to Deluxe.
However when they arrived they were nothing like what I ordered, extremely disappointed and embarrassed. I have emailed the company 5 times and have not received a response. I would NEVER order again from here or even recommend them.

You can see from the photos what I ordered and what was received. DISGUSTED.

Mother's Day disgrace

My daughter sent (what she thought) a lovely bouquet for Mother's Day the flowers were a bunch of yellow chrysanthemums! Compare that to photos can anyone see a bunch of yellow chrysanthemums! And they forgot card so didn't know if it was my son or one of my daughters who had arranged for them to be sent!

Awful experience very disappointed with EFLORIST. Please do not waste your money. Very poor bouquets terrible quality, you would be better going to a local petrol station and buying flowers for £5. I ordered a large bouquet of flowers which cost over £40 the delivery was terrible as they were just left on the street and the quality of flowers was very poor, quite embarrassing as this was a gift.
All contact with customer service has been pointless. Even tried to contact the CEO with no response.
