The flowers I ordered for my wife weren't delivered and I didn't receive any tracking information.
I went on the website to claim a refund. I couldn't speak to anyone as there isn't a customer service telephone number. There is supposed to be an online chat facility but on the 2 days I tried it wasn't available.
All I could do was send an email which they said would be answered in 24hrs.
When I got a reply all it said was that they had cancelled my order and issued a refund. There wasn't an apology or an explanation as to why the flowers weren't delivered.
I am very upset that my wife didn't receive her flowers. If eflorist don't think they owe me an explanation and an apology they are in the wrong business.
There are other firms that deliver flowers. Use one of them

So it's me and my girlfriend's one year, so I ordered some roses with a nice message. As far as that goes, it was spot on. What my girlfriend didn't expect however, was to receive another message in the box.
This message was clearly for somebody's nan who is ill, and I feel awfully bad she didn't receive the message.
But can't fault the roses intended for my girlfriend so still recommend ordering from here.
I ordered a £40 bunch fit for royalty for a delivery to a special person. What arrived was rotten, mis-sold and representative of much cheaper bunches on the same site. A request for a refund was flatly refused. This company embarrassed me and quite frankly I cried on what was supposed to be a special occasion. Please don't make the same mistake as the £15 bunch from Morrison actually made the bunch from eFlorist look cheap and tired with wilting petals and the minimum of flowers...
Text received to say flowers delivered when in fact they had not. This caused confusion and stress as I didn't know if they had been sent to an incorrect address. Contacting eFlorist was difficult as there doesn't seem to be a direct contact number and when I tried the chat line on the internet it didn't work?
The flowers eventually arrived and no queries regarding the quality but the misleading messages and communication difficulty was not welcome and therefore, I doubt I will be using eFlorist again.
Flowers were beautiful, the teddy and chocolates were perfect. Would definitely order again as they made my girlfriends day

I have used E-Florist on multiple ocassions and everytime has been first class. I live in the USA and I'm originally from London, England and send flowers to my mom, and they have always done a first rate job. Beautiful flowers every time and my mom is always VERY happy. Thankyou/great job.
What was ordered & what arrived were completely different. Their customer service is appauling & for £42, I could have got a nicer bunch for £6 in Asda.
Their Facebook reviews also show how bad they are!

I wanted to give my good friend a little present to show I care. She is going through a very sad time. So I used your company and my gift card should have said get well soon with hugs and love instead it was something about a dog. I have attached the gift card that came with the parcel. So until I rang to say did you get my gift my friend was non the wiser who it was from. So thank you for spoiling the occasion. I can understand why your review score is so low. I just wished I had read them before I used you.

I ordered a bouquet of roses to be delivered to my sister in law for her 70th Birthday. I received a mail saying that its already delivered but i my sister in law said that she didnt receive any flower delivery.
Really annoyed me because we are not able to come and visit her for her birthday so i decided to order a flowers to be deliver to her door but not received.
Not reliable, strongly not recommended

Answer: Easy but no sympathy or results. They are in self denial as to the quality of flowers they are sending out. Avoid, there are much better service providers out there. I wonder how many people are too embarrassed to let their sender know how bad they are.
