I have ordered from this company many times. Flowers are always lovely and fresh, never had a problem with delivery. I would not use anyone else.
I have been using eflorist for several years now.
I sent a large bunch of flowers to my sister for her birthday, and when I went to visit I was hugely dissapointed by the small bouquet of wilting flowers that had been sent.
I have used eflorist repeatedly for occasions and special days and it has led me to wonder how many other deliveries were poor quality, with friends and family being too polite to say anything?
I contacted eflorist and they offered to either refund me or send a new bunch out. I enquired if they could do both as a show of goodwill to a regular customer. They said they could not.
They have certainly lost my custom.
My sister was over the moon to receive the bouquet and chocolates; she couldn't believe that it was for her. She has taken a number of photo's of them and is so delighted with them.
Ordered 2 bunches of flowers to the same address 2 minutes apart on line one arrived on time still waiting for the other one, hopefully it will turn up today fingers crossed.
A birthday celebration and Get Well bouquet combined, the lovely gift was delivered within hours of ordering and really lifted the spirits of the recipient. Bravo for service and efficiency!

Flowers seemed the perfect option and after viewing your options I decided not only would the flowers bring cheer, but the chocolates too! I've used eflorist several times and have pre-ordered again flowers for family for Christmas. I have used them more since some of the competitor sites became more expensive in comparison. Eflorist has a range of flowers suitable for all budgets. Never had an issue with delivery. Whilst the free chocolates are not a necessity in my choice for making a purchase, they are an added extra in the gift. If there was free delivery and larger additional items that can be added, then I would give a 5.
Flowers delivered at 10 past 8 at night for a 80 year old lady who is in bed asleep after a busy birthday day, she has no idea I sent her flowers on her birthday, being delivered after 8pm is shocking, I will never use this florist again, very disappointed
Arrived as planned, the quality was very good and the flower later long time so I was very happy so was the wife.
Answer: Easy but no sympathy or results. They are in self denial as to the quality of flowers they are sending out. Avoid, there are much better service providers out there. I wonder how many people are too embarrassed to let their sender know how bad they are.
