I ordered the lovely large bouquet about an hour before the evening deadline and it was still delivered next day on my friend's 80th birthday in Dorset. Yodel courier kept me informed throughout the day. My friend also received a free box of chocolates. I ordered flowers for a very special occasion for my wife. Online they said next day delivery. Their courier Yodel went to the business address where it was supposed to be delivered at 19.41pm knowing it is a business address, threw the parcel over the main gate knowing very well the package is exposed to weather, throwing a deliver card behind the gate again open to elements. Only a fool can think that in UK winter weather the package will be safe and the delivery card won't be flown away in the wind. Forget flowers, even petals were not available for my wife. Very disgusting service, customer service have sent standard covid response and didn't bother to resolve the issue. I am going to small claims court and claiming damages.
Great choice of different bouquets, really great colour combinations and good selection of bouquets from festive to get well and lots more. Easy to follow instructions and simple steps was a straight forward purchase, the only problem was which flower bouquet to pick.

We are very disappointed at the delivery service for an order place yesterday morning. This was for delivery to Fiona Rippon at 68 Oakenhall Avenue Hucknall Notts. Post code NG17 7TE. Attempts to track this order have resulted in YODEL recording that they do not recognise the post code. The flowers were intended for a Lady coming out of hospital after a serious operation. Yhis failiure is most disappointing.

Wasn't sure about ordering from a new florist at first because I always used interflora but so happy I will no longer be using them and eflorist are now my go to florists. Flowers arrived on time and were beautifully displayed, person I bought them for said the lasted for ages as well so overall very pleased and it's better value for money than it's rivals. I'm sent emails along the whole process so I know when my flowers are going to be delivered. So yes happy I have found a new florist to send my flowers from
Having ordered a couple of times in the past from this company, I thought that I would order some flowers for my friends 60th birthday. I ordered Winter Daze in large at £26-99 plus delivery charge of £5-99 what arrived bear no resemblance to the ones I saw online. They looked like a small bunch and not a large bunch as ordered. I'm very disappointed as it was a special birthday. I won't be placing any more orders with this company in the future. The only place I will be going to is a local florist
Answer: Easy but no sympathy or results. They are in self denial as to the quality of flowers they are sending out. Avoid, there are much better service providers out there. I wonder how many people are too embarrassed to let their sender know how bad they are.
