I've ordered some flowers from eflorist for delivery today for my girlfriend to be delivered to her work. Basically, i was told the delivery would be 7pm until 9pm (college is closed). Tried to cancel/change the delivery address. Noone seems to understand that the place they are going to deliver to is SHUT despite me telling them. These flowers have been out since 6am this morning so they'll probably be dead by the time they arrive, and when they do your delivery service will be leaving them at a empty college for them to just basically become damaged and no good, probably stolen and that's a complete waste of money. Thanks for nothing.

Unfortunately the large bouquet of Simply Vintage flowers that were delivered bore no relation to the photograph on the website
Despite sending a photo to customer service, they clearly have no idea about keeping customers happy & massively disappointing that they couldn't tell the difference between what was delivered & what should have been delivered. Eflorist have lost a customer

I love using E-Florist because it's so quick and easy to use. The delivery charge is very reasonable especially since next day delivery is almost always available. I really enjoy the selection of flowers and I like that there is an option to look at bouquets without lily's because I would hate to send flowers to someone and accidentally harm their cat with a poisonous flower. I also think the mailbox options are super cute and very affordable.

If your ordering flowers for a special occasion you don't expect them to be a day late. It's not good enough.

Gutted. Flowers never arrived, bit disappointed as I paid nearly 50 pounds for them to cheer up a friend.

I have placed an order with this website, however I thought it will ask for the specific day and time when the flowers should be delivered while I was checking out but instead it did not asked for it! I have sent them an email 5 min after the confirmed order and I couldn't amend it :( !
Next day the flowers has been delivered with 5 days before... also around 6PM... when the office was closed!
To be honest, out there are so many other florist with little businesses which are very helpful and happy to help!
I wouldn't recommend this website at all, unless you are in a rush of doing things quickly and with no quality!

Ordered yesterday (1st) for my girlfriend, just felt like sending her a surprise, arrived today (2nd), tracked all the way, great delivery service and flowers look beautiful.
Will definitely use again.

Delivered on time and the flowers were beautiful. The flowers and chocolates made my friend very happy.

Wow what can I say?... The flowers according to my wife were 'absolutely beautiful'. They arrived very promptly (same day delivery) and were exactly how I was hoping they would be!

I have ordered flowers to be delivered on a few occasions and have always found eflorist has great service and reliability and have never been let down by them. Flower arrangements are always of high standards and meet expectations.

Very simple to order, price 10 out of 10, tried another national site and was to much red tape /will use this site without any problem, thanks from malcolm

Ordered flowers for my sister's special birthday as a little surprise. The flowers arrived late in the day yesterday, the box was torn apart, 50% of the flowers were broken and despite being put immediately in water, the rest of the flowers are virtually dead today. Shambles. Will never use this company again. VERY disappointed.
