Got an email the day before flowers were due to be delivered for my daughter's birthday to say that they could not fulfil my order. The email gave me 3 hours to reply to them so that they could send a different bunch of flowers (that were nothing like the ones I chose originally) and that would arrive 2 days after my daughter's birthday. Definitely won't be using this company again. I've never had this issue with any other florist before. A real let down.
Been using Eflorist now for over 2 years. Never had a issue with quality of flowers or delivery. FLOWERS last atleast 2 weeks depending on flower type.
I wanted to surprise my daughter for her birthday, the flowers turned up, at 2 mins pass 6pm, the operator for talking through what had happened and said they had a lot of delivery to do... The flowers came and were beautiful, I could not fault the flowers, they were amazing... my daughter loves her flowers, as she works in NHS department, so receiving is a wonderful thing I do for my daughters birthday... for giving time in her work... Thank you for the Bouquet

I was contacted by eflorists advising that the item I has selected was unavailable at the florists. I was a bit apprehensive in agreeing to have an item delivered to a sick friend when I hadn't seen it, but I out my trust in them and it paid off. My friend was delighted with her arrangement, so a BIG thank you to eflorists

Answer: Easy but no sympathy or results. They are in self denial as to the quality of flowers they are sending out. Avoid, there are much better service providers out there. I wonder how many people are too embarrassed to let their sender know how bad they are.
