Great customer service, easy ordering, great value-hopefully they will be delivered on the right day

I'm responsible for HR and I've used eFlorist for years and years - mainly for employee occasions (births, deaths, congrats etc.) and I have 200 employees so there's always something happening that getting a beautiful bouquet or vase of flowers makes a little difference to the person. I have never been let down or disappointed with the flowers. It's so easy to use the site and excellent value for money. Definitely would recommend to anyone.

Could not fulfil my order for same day delivery, they rang me at 2pm saying they couldn't so I had no time to go elsewhere. Appalling customer service and you cannot speak to anyone one the phone unless they call you, then when they rang me they had no idea which florists were open apparently they weee all closed, then they blamed the weather for their inability! Will not use ever again and would not recommend to anyone.

Quick delivery and good value for money. Unfortunately, as they were for a friend, I didn't see them

This florist was great, efficient service, easy to order, same day delivery was achieved before midday. The arrangement was beautiful and brightened my daughter's day. Much appreciated!

I absolutely loved the 6 roses I ordered it came perfectly packaged I was a little worried at first with the delivery but the driver came quick and the flowers came so beautiful that my mother loved it as it was purchased for her birthday. I shall definitely be using this site again and thank you eflorist for your services!

To date I have used Eflorist at least ten times (might be more) and have had nothing but good comments from the recipients. The site is easy to use and flowers always arrive on time. I have read some awful reviews just lately and cannot understand how they can be talking about the same service as I have received. Flowers always arrive in bud and nicely arranged and I have recently ordered two letterbox deliveries as thank yous due to be delivered this coming weekend. I have every confidence that they will be just as perfect as the bouquets have always been. I do not often give ***** ratings but from my own experience that is what is deserved.

I reside in the channel Islands and really wanted to send my nan some nice flowers for her birthday. I decided on eflorist and I'm so glad I did I was able to track to see when she got them and they were really well received.

Poor quality and flowers are dead at parts.
Very upsetting as I bought for my partner cause her mum passed away a week ago.

Flowers arrived damaged.
A main flower stem completely broken off.
Looks like box had bee dropped and opened

The flowers were for a very dear sick friend. She was over the moon with the quality and contents. I'm delighted with the efficiency and quality of the product and for the very fast response. Will definitely be using again and would be very happy to recommend. Thank you so much for making my friend's day.

Due to the ongoing pandemic and shear distance, one of my vulnerable clients will not be able to see his mother at Christmas. To be able to send such a beautiful flower arrangement to her, and for him to have so many choices to choose from, and the free chocolates as a bonus, was peace of mind for him to know that his mother knows how much she is loved.

Arrived on time and on the right day. No issue with delivery. The condition of the flowers where battered and bruised, with squashed and sad looking roses. Wasn't very happy at all.

It's easy to order and I like you can chose what size of bunch of flowers you wish to send. They also respond quickly to questions. You do have to pay postage which is on the high side

I ordered for my sister and she sent me a photo of the flowers once they arrived. They came in bud form which is great to keep them safe while transporting, but to me the bunch seemed small considering I ordered "large". Also came with free chocolates which is lovely! Super fast delivery too!
