Very expensive for such a small bunch of flowers, with misleading images on their website of what you think you'll get. You can get a bigger bunch at a local shop for a fraction of the price Expensive delivery charges too. Bought as a gift for the wife, won't be doing this again. Avoid!

I ordered these flowers 3 days ago and they have still not been delivered. I am very disappointed as the day is nearly over and the reason, I ordered them early was so they would be delivered on time. I am very disappointed. It was for a special birthday.
The courier service you used is very unreliable. The flowers were at their depot all day yesterday when they should have been delivered. We are still waiting for delivery.

Bought these as a gift for a friend. The receiver was very pleased with them flowers and chocolates and sent me a lovely wee message and a picture of the items. Flowers and chocolates were delivered the day after they were ordered. Overall very pleased with items. Have ordered a few times with Eflorist and each time the recipients have been very happy.

I got a notice at 10.00 P.M. saying my flowers were at the delivery depot, but they needed more information about the address, an address l actually used from the list on the website. I tried to contact the delivery server right away, and the service said the operators are busy try again in a few minutes. I've been trying for TEN HOURS now, and it's still the same result. Operators are busy, try again in a few minutes.
Use another florist, don't waste your time and money with these.
Sadly some of the flowers were wilted and did not look fresh! Must have been out of water for a long time in a warehouse waiting delivery. Quite disappointed really.
Disapointed. Flowers flat, damaged and required a good watering. Some were well past sell by date. Packaging was badly crushed.
Lesson learnt.

Answer: Easy but no sympathy or results. They are in self denial as to the quality of flowers they are sending out. Avoid, there are much better service providers out there. I wonder how many people are too embarrassed to let their sender know how bad they are.
