Asked for next day delivery as stated on wedd site flowers turned up a day late did not put address on box correctly as courier had to call me for address as was getting delivered to a school flowers were awful could have got better from petrol garage and cheaper

I ordered a medium sized bouquet /chocs/bear for my friend who is undergoing chemotherapy and I wanted to cheer her up. However the package was dropped over a 6ft side gate damaging the box and flowers. My friend was happy but being polite, I was shocked when I saw the flowers, not what I expected at all. Very unhappy customer. Not worth £32, could have found better flowers at a petrol station!

Flowers arrived in bud as specified by the seller. Recipient highly delighted as they were not expected and a lovely surprise. Have used e florist many times and always received very good reports from the recipients. Having read bad reviews from some disgruntled customers, It would appear to be mistakes that the courier is creating. E.g. One reviewer stated that there was no knock at the door and the flowers were found the next day.
Ordered the large bouquet of lilac and cream roses and freesias as part of my mothers birthday present, a small bunch of yellow roses arrived, all limp and wilting. The box of Lindt chocolates that came with it was a tiny box with 2 chocolates in it. The whole thing was not what ordered, I won't be ordering again!
A friend sent me some flowers to say thank you, it was a lovely surprise till I opened the box. The roses which according to their website are delivered in bud, arrived completely open, limp with brown edge petals and 1 was broken and brown, there was no water on the stems, not even a damp paper towel. I have been emailing with them for 4 days to get a refund for my friend or a new bouquet sent to me and all they keep telling me is the flowers are fresh and as expected and to remove the outer leaves and send updated photos, the idea was for me to relax and enjoy them, not keep emailing and taking photos to prove my unhappiness! So if you want to send a loved on a special treat, eflorist will leave them and you feeling anything but cheery!
We ordered flowers form these guys and they were never delivered. They have soo many complaints and they delete.
Absolutely disgusting, sent flowers that were half dead, nothing like the bunch that was advised and the flower petals were turning brown, total waste of money, when i made a complaint i was literally told to F#$%^ OFF so unprofessionally dealt with please avoid at all cost, you will be wasting your money on buying total BullS#%
The flowers for my daughter after giving birth to my 1st grandchild were really disappointing I have seen better on a garage forecourt.
I thought paying £25 more plus delivery they would be something better.
Answer: Easy but no sympathy or results. They are in self denial as to the quality of flowers they are sending out. Avoid, there are much better service providers out there. I wonder how many people are too embarrassed to let their sender know how bad they are.
