I ordered flowers for my mum but when they came they didn't look anything like the picture. They were also not in bud it was more like that they were almost past their best. I went on the website on the chat and they offered to send a replacement so I agreed. They were slightly better but not great and the delivery man just left them on the front doorstep in view of anybody walking past when there are plenty of other places to leave them out of sight at my mums house. I will not be ordering again!

After receiving my flowers a day late even though they where advertised as the next day delivery! This is how they look not even a week later. Not good for £30! I won't be using them again

If I'd known the flowers were being delivered by a parcel carrier I would never have wasted my money the flowers were limp and not presented as you would expect by a florist
Received order today although the flowers was not good the customer service I received was quick helpful and they they processed a refund within 5 mins they did offer replacement but was my mums birthday today so it wouldn't of helped good service and very good at dealing with issues the flowers came on time just not like pic
I simply asked for the delivery to be on the 3rd of March as the funeral was on the 4th of March. The address was for the Funeral directors offices where we were instructed to send them. I got an email on the 4th ( day of the funeral asking for the time of the service). Why. Simple instructions deliver on the 3rd. How can you get that wrong? You should be embarrassed. It's too late of course now so in effect if you do not deliver them today so that the funeral director can at least inform the widow that they have some late arrival flowers here. It's not worth you delivering them any later. I will then use someone more reliable to send some direct to the widows home. I'm also surprised that your email after a conversation said it may take 2days to come back to you on this Why. It's simple your florist or you are to blame for non delivery to a funeral. We are very upset. David Room.
Flowers arrived at reasonable time, ordered biggest available plus chocolates flowers good quality but not very big bunch chocolates very small.

Answer: Easy but no sympathy or results. They are in self denial as to the quality of flowers they are sending out. Avoid, there are much better service providers out there. I wonder how many people are too embarrassed to let their sender know how bad they are.
