Very disappointed. Spent nearly £30 on a bright spring bunch with irises, daffs, anemones & tulips. My friend received pink & purple tulips. Not good enough & I won't be ordering from here again.
I've used e florists on several occasions. And I'm always please the flowers are well packed and are sent in bud. And when they flower they are beautiful and lovely colours. Delivery is brilliant and you can track your flowers for delivery. Prices are very good for what you get and you get a free box of chocolates

Really nice flowers and quick delivery but the message card was missing which was important. Luckily they were for my wife but if they were a surprise for someone they would have had no idea who they were from so very disappointed with that. Otherwise great service.

It was my Wifes 40th birthday and i am working abroad, so i ordered 50 red roses from eFlorist UK. When they arrived, which was promptly on time i might add, my Wife was shocked and loved the flowers. It really made my Wife so happy, which in turn makes me happy. Thank you eFlorist UK, i will be using your services again.(I dont have a photo just yet but if my Wife send i will post).
Flowers were lovely and vase functional, although glad l was there when delivered to my sister in law as there was no card attached to say who it was from. As she has recently been bereaved and received other arrangements she would not have known who these were from.
The flowers were good quality and delivered quickly, but I paid for a medium sized bouquet and I don't feel the size of the bouquet was even nearly worth the money I paid.
Answer: Easy but no sympathy or results. They are in self denial as to the quality of flowers they are sending out. Avoid, there are much better service providers out there. I wonder how many people are too embarrassed to let their sender know how bad they are.
