I have a 1999 SAAB & I broke a heating knob shaft. I thought I was going to have to look for a used replacement part. But, Europarts had the new knob I needed, at a very reasonable price, & for a reasonable shipping cost. I received the knob in a few days, and I am completely satisfied.

Customer service rep helped me place my order; as Zerex G48 was listed in e-europart's eBay store, but not on their own website. Rep corrected the problem and gave me a DYNAMITE price for 2 gallons. Great deal!

We want to assure you that we provided an RMA and granted warranty coverage to resolve this issue but we are not able to offer a credit for warranty without the return of the defective item.
I needed a rear tail light assembly for my 2010 Saab 9-3 Wagon. It was easy to find on the site and easy to order. It arrived within a few days and was packed extremely well. The repair shop replaced the assembly and everything works perfectly.
