Turbo install kit

On 12/17 Paid for highest shipping to get it by 12/23. It didn't get to me until the 12/29. Tried to call customer service but got no answer. Don't waste your time with this company.

Easy transaction but

While shopping is easy, the last purchase product is not authentic.
I purchased a cv axle for my Volvo and had it installed, now at 60 mph and over it vibrates which tells me the axle is a rebuilt not new, I didn't want a rebuilt but the ordering process didn't specify. My old axle rubber boot was badly torn and that was the only reason I had to replace the axle since there are no shops nearby that can replace the rubber boot. It's costly labour to install and would be costly to repeat the process. I'm so screwed.

Different part than ordered shipped,

The parts i ordered were not the parts I received. It was the correct part but a brand that was half the price of what I ordered and paid for. Of course they wasn't a price adjustment. I told sorry and given a return number and label. I was told I could reorder and pay for the correct part and that after the parts made it back they would be refunded or I could return them and once there was movement in the package they would send replacements. I didn't reorder and nothing was shipped. It took a week after they received the parts to get a refund.

Part didn't fit.

Part didn't fit my vehicle. The process to return was to have my mechanic photograph the installation, show where it doesn't fit, etc., then include my vin number. I don't think that my mechanic appreciated being asked that. It's not worth my time and the chance of losing my mechanic to fulfill Eeuroparts requirements. It's money list and a lesson learned. I purchased the part off of Rickauto, and it fit perfectly.

Saab 95 Still Rollin' Like New

2004 with only 90k on the clock, and because eEuro has all the service items this vehicle needs it feels like a 5 year old car even after 20 years. This company always delivers promptly and quality. I get to stay in a Saab as long as possible.
