It was very easy and simple way to book the ticket with cheaper price but just needs one improvement that while asking for your state, only U.S. A states are showing and you have no other option so must select anyone listed although you don't live there. So it's disturbing.

It was user friendly and easy to use. It glitched on me and when I thought I had purchased the tickets, the next day it sent me an email saying I needed to finish it. By then, the tickets were more expensive. So that was disappointing.
