Thanks for lie to me all this time to say that U will Refund the money U take from my Account. I been waiting your Promise since March 9th, and after view month, now U say my Tickets can't Refund and U asking Me to deal with KLM about That. How can U asking Me to Deal with KLM, I do the payment to your company EDream, your Company is take my payment not KLM.
If U want to steal, at least don't steal from people who are less able and are in misfortune. Their tears will become KARMA for U and your Family. ( I don't want to gife u any star, but I have to, becouse without star U don't submit my review)

I would say the receipt should go instant with a reservation confirmed. Also, some interactive customer support and not auto booth Kris. The airline confirmation reference number didn't not matched with the Airline company. Please make sure to give a proper reference code.
