I subscribed edreams trail service as they were asking for more payment at the checkout point. After that I cancelled my trail subscription immediately but still they charged me.
Their system is really fraud don't trust them. They says cancel trail anytime, which is not true.
If you want to contact them their chat bot will show only their option will not allow you to complain even.
I booked flight from KL to Dubai (on 17 June 2022) using edreams and after I paid using credit card, the status is booking processing until 16 hours before departure on 19 June 2022. After contact chatbot and agent, they confirmed that due to error system edreams cannot book the flight and promises to refund my money within 72 hours after cancelation from their side. Please refund my money back promptly as your promise
This time confirmation received only after 12hrs of bookings & payments.
I don't know what's the technical issues.
Anyway within 12 hrs received confirmation mail.
I admire & appreciate it.

Finally appear after 2 dais waiting what happen with my ticket. Only have confirmation but I do not have ticket
I call them to rebook my fly and told me it all good and will call me back to chose a date for my fly return but never call me back and didn't cancel my fly so i lost my return fly and try to contact them again to see what going on and they told my its was a no show on my fly and they can no do anything so i lost my fly and have to by a new one and it cost 1000$
Not always easy to order a runway flight from BRU to MIA when you live in the USA, because most of the time your American credit card is not accepted. But here, it was very easy. And eDreams contacted me to make sure I had received the details of my flight.

Never received the confirmation for the hotel. Only for the flight.
My flight got cancelled due to covid and I never got a refund nor couldn't change the flight. It's almost impossible to contact them by phone but when I finally got them, they told me it was impossible, even though the flight company (Air Maroc) warranted me a ticket change. Worst company ever. Please, save your money and your time and never book a flight (hotel or anything) with eDreams.
This website gives me hope when I wasn't able to get the date and time I am booking from the other booking website.

Answer: Dont believe them. They are a scammer company and just tried to scam me out of my funds. Contact your Credit Card company and file a dispute. SDreams methodology is to frustrate you until you give up from wasting so much time and they get to keep our money. Your Credit Card issuer is on your side and will revers the charges
Answer: Yes I would like to participate in a class action law suit against this company who has no customer service or any way to get money back! I lost $5807 to this fraudulent company and want it back
Answer: I have the same issue. There is no help (from them) available. I gave up calling after three months... which I am sure most people do; they count on this. The savings is modest with their pricing; and hey charge for rescheduling. I rescheduled and after three months still have not received my new ticket. After many phone calls (the wait is VERY LONG to be connected to someone) I gave up; they count on you giving up. An expensive lesson - do not use them.
