It was easy to book a flight. The prices for my flight was so affordable.
Do not use this company ever they pretend to make flight bookings. Luckely I was able to stop the funds from clearing now all of a sudden they are able to supply me with booking ref nr etc etc. The booking was supposedly made on the 20th June after numerous attempts on my part to obtain the booking information from them. Nothing happened. They only respond when you review. Now that I was able to prevent the funds from clearing. I received booking ref on the 4th July. Dont trust them they are thieves

Buy your ticket from the airlines directly and save yourself the hassles and grief that this company will bring you. I purchased my airline ticket and premium insurance. I had an emergency and tried to cancel 26 hours in advance and it was not honored. There cancellation policy is 24 hours. They ripped me off $750 USD.
The will lie to you just to get your money. Use a travel agent, another company not associated with them or book directly yourself and put them out of business.
My experience was mostly good.The only exception was trying to book an internal flight in Tanzania which was advertised as a certain price but jumped just before final payment. Very frustrating. Also having to sign into Premium is just a way of adding extra charges

Very bad experience in madrid they didnt give me my boarding pass so I had to wait there 2 hours finally they gave me manual boarding pass and in malaga flight stopped more than five hours and they flied plane 1:30pm, for this reason my next flight pick last moment because of flight get too late and next flight from Abu Dhabi to jaipur too very bad experience they did not load my luggage finaly I did not recieve my luggage.

Navigating the air flights was seamless. We made a pretty bad mistake but didn't find out until order already processed. We were worried that we were stuck! We weren't; it was taken care of and we booked another flight.
Gave it a 3 because I want an assigned seat beside my husband on this long flight and you can do that at the airport you also tell how many bags at the airport! What if they can't handle our 4 bags? A 5 would have been given except for these two obstacles!

My flight from Pittsburgh to Berlin was canceled last Thursday by the airline. Since then I have called every day to try to reschedule. I was promised that it would be rescheduled to June 22 which was the earliest they could get the flight rescheduled. They always promised that the back office will give me a call and confirm rescheduling. When I call this evening which is my call number eight since the flight was canceledThe agent mentioned that there's only one seat left on that flight and they will call me back in two hours. I'm very frustrated that this issue is not solved before this especially that I have called so many times and that the airline canceled the flight. I just need this issue solved as soon as possible. Answer: Dont believe them. They are a scammer company and just tried to scam me out of my funds. Contact your Credit Card company and file a dispute. SDreams methodology is to frustrate you until you give up from wasting so much time and they get to keep our money. Your Credit Card issuer is on your side and will revers the charges

Answer: I have the same issue. There is no help (from them) available. I gave up calling after three months... which I am sure most people do; they count on this. The savings is modest with their pricing; and hey charge for rescheduling. I rescheduled and after three months still have not received my new ticket. After many phone calls (the wait is VERY LONG to be connected to someone) I gave up; they count on you giving up. An expensive lesson - do not use them.
