Like rest of the reviews. I requested round trip and they did one way when I got in touch with them they would say can't confirm my return flight. And suddenly from nowhere they could fix the problem they caused but for extra money.
So be aware of this so called " travel agency".
I prepaid for a car rental in Ft. Lauderdale with ACO car rental through eDreams. When I got to the rental location, they wouldn't accept my insurance information and wanted to charge me a $30-50/per day (!) fee. I declined and had to go back to the airport to make another plan. I immediately let eDreams know about it, but they told me I had to submit the following within 5 business days:
- "A picture of the credit card you presented at the desk showing the first 6 digits, the name on the card and the expiry date. Please cover the rest of the numbers for security reasons.
- A copy of your credit card statement showing the funds available on the day of rental for the aforementioned card.
- A copy of your insurance showing all the details and the converge.
- A copy of your flight details and flight number."
In other words, total hassle for problems caused by a poor rental car company. I will not use eDreams again.
I downloaded the app to manage my trip details, and when I changed flights, the same information remains. It seems to be stuck in "processing " mode, and doesn't reflect current changes. I've printed the current details for my reference, but the app doesn't help.
They are crooks. Do not purchase tickets from them. We purchased tickets throigh them on Lufthansa, decided to change the travel dates. Lufthansa stated that there is a 150EUR change fee plus the difference in fares. Well eDreams decided to charge us another $1,100USD for a new ticket citing the ticket is non refundedable. I advised them I'm aware of that. IF I WAS CANCELING MY BOOKING COMPLETELY.
On top of that, they charged my credit card before even contacting me and disclosing charges.
I made a booking with a misspelled name. At edreams' advice I cancelled the original booking, and booked with correct name. Now 4 months later I am still waiting for the refund of my original booking, being fobbed off with statements like needing "airline authorisation". The airlien in question has a 24-hour cancellation policy, allowing such mistakes to be corrected at no cost.
The booking process was easy enough, but now the airline is changing flights and I'm not sure where to ask for advice; the carrier or the booking agent.

I booked a trip for 3 ticketed passengers. I was charged the advertised rate for 3 ticketed passengers. But I received 2 ticketed passengers and one infant-in-lap without a third seat. I contacted customer service and was told a manager was notified and to wait 48-72 hours. My scheduled flight was in less than 48 hours. I was also told that a child under 2 was not allowed his own seat, which is 100% untrue. I had to speak directly with the airline 5 times to resolve the matter and have still not received my refund.
At the end of the order process, just before payment, some 20-30 euro is added because of 'price increase' on the market.
Of course it is not, if you start all over again you start with the original price again, but still at then end you see this 'price increase'. It's just a trick to steal another few tens of euro's from your pocket.
I had to caught a flight the day before i was leaving, and this app gabe me the options, so i could choose between them. The most difficult part was doing the check-in, because IT didn't work and eventually i had to call to the airplane company

You would get better odd at the casino or playing the lottery. I booked a rental car, went at the specified time and was advised that I couldn't take it out of town, which was of no use to me, unless I paid an additional fee through the third party, which was eDreams. I attempted to contact them on on both U.S. numbers and received not in service messages. I had to book with another company and never received my money back.
Answer: Dont believe them. They are a scammer company and just tried to scam me out of my funds. Contact your Credit Card company and file a dispute. SDreams methodology is to frustrate you until you give up from wasting so much time and they get to keep our money. Your Credit Card issuer is on your side and will revers the charges

Answer: I have the same issue. There is no help (from them) available. I gave up calling after three months... which I am sure most people do; they count on this. The savings is modest with their pricing; and hey charge for rescheduling. I rescheduled and after three months still have not received my new ticket. After many phone calls (the wait is VERY LONG to be connected to someone) I gave up; they count on you giving up. An expensive lesson - do not use them.
