Booked a transit flight from Yangon to SG via KL and it was an absolute nightmare! Firstly, transit in KL airport between the 2 terminals, they called out in RED as changing airports. As it was for a foreign domestic worker who has no visa to enter KL, i panicked and tried to surf ard the site to see what happens if i cancelled. The clunky and difficult website actually registered me as having cancelled when i didnt want to. Anyway the next day, using the online help to ask why i have not received the confirmation only to realise first leg of journey fr yangon to KL has been cancelled. First agent fiddled ard for 30 mins, told me OK all resolved and good to go. 2hrs later i still have not received the confirmation email, and 2 hrs later being online with another agent. Told me that i need to buy a new ticket as the cancellation is being processed! And the original ticket i bought would be refundable, as promised by the supervisor who called me from a +44 number. Anyway to cut long story short, when i checked again later to ask abt the refund, i was asked if i want to proceed with the refund? WHAT? I bought a new tic precisely becos they told me cancellation cannot be stopped and refund is being processed. Anyway, now then they told me sorry refund comes at a big penalty, about 90% of the tic price. Then the remaining 10% will be refunded after 7 days. I am still waiting now and have not received anything after 10 days. Horrible service, lying staff, use them at ur own risks!

Edreams is a money-hungry, shady organisation who will do everything to earn a buck, even if it means walking over your dead body. They might even turn the knife just for fun.
Customer service agents barely speak any English and even if they do understand your issue, there is nothing they can do about it unless it is about you paying Edreams money then they are the first to initiate action.
We need to get our tickets rebooked after Covid cancellations and up until this point (3 months later) they are still saying, we will get back to you in 24-48 hours to resolve the issue, even after chatting with them 4 times and explaining 'that is what you said last time'.
They are quick to point the finger at the airlines and slow to actually come to the part and resolve the issue, if at all. In our case they blamed Emirates but after a quick call from our end found this to be a blatant lie. Yet they are still unwilling to fess up or just pick up the phone and speak with us as we were able to find the answer and are happy to help them do their job.
Extremely frustrating and it has given me an ulcer and sleepless nights as their unwillingness means we are still not able to grieve our parent's loss and be with family after 3 years. Not that they care!
It might look like you will save a buck using them, but don't! It will potentially cost you thousands of dollars and at least that amount of grey hairs. Disgusting and shameful company.
Answer: Dont believe them. They are a scammer company and just tried to scam me out of my funds. Contact your Credit Card company and file a dispute. SDreams methodology is to frustrate you until you give up from wasting so much time and they get to keep our money. Your Credit Card issuer is on your side and will revers the charges

Answer: I have the same issue. There is no help (from them) available. I gave up calling after three months... which I am sure most people do; they count on this. The savings is modest with their pricing; and hey charge for rescheduling. I rescheduled and after three months still have not received my new ticket. After many phone calls (the wait is VERY LONG to be connected to someone) I gave up; they count on you giving up. An expensive lesson - do not use them.
