It was smooth and very straightforward and practical
The airline changed my flights so I missed a connection. I called with eDreams and an agent confirmed that they are going to change it. After waiting for 4 days (they said it was going to take 2 days), I got no confirmation email and no changes were reflected on the website. So I changed again from my booking and you guys charged me for it even though I bought the flexible date policy AND it said $0 charge when I authorized the change--if it had said SGD200+ I would have NOT changed there should have been at least some email confirming I needed to pay. And if I had received a confirmation for the changes OR asking confirmation to pay I would have NOT changed. This comes after the fact that I bought the cancellation for any reason policy and they didn't let me cancel because "it only works on tickets that are booked originally" even when it's the airlines that changed it and not me. Their horrible software and communication caused me to waste a lot of money and I should not be bearing the cost that they have not told me about. I am asking for a refund for the discrepancy that they cost me at the change only not even the hotel that I have to book now because the layover changed from 7 hours to 20 hours.

I do see the different price when I am selecting and when I do see the total it is different - it is total wastage of my time to work like this
I just felt good about it when I saw it. Also, most of my friends travelling talked a out it as being good so I am giving it a try.

Booking has in no smsll way allayed fear of mismatch in ticketing.
Initially, the price was presented in Euro which I know my bank might NOT recognise but I started again after logging in, and I got the price in USD. Thanks lessons learnt for me

I booked the first trip but there was lack of availability on the flight. Edreams notified me right away and refunded my money within 24 hours. I was able to book another trip and received all the confirmation via email.

It was dreadful. The flight time was changed twice and when I tried to cancel the booking ( for 4 travellers), the "Manage your Booking" is just a joke! The short of our terrible experience is that we had no way to cancel the booking and so all 4 tickets were unfairly forfeited!
Please cancel my EPreams Prime with immediate effect and send me an email to confirm the cancellation.

The answer for the reservation was received immediately with all the details of the trip. We are satisfied with the possibility of automatic check-in and the possibility of canceling the tickets if something unforeseen happens.

I booked a flight through Qatar Airways' direct booking portal but saw a cheaper fare from eDreams the following day, so I cancelled my booking with Qatar and waited for the refund before going ahead with eDreams. It took QA 3 days to send the refund into my account which was in my account on the 4th day, This is November 2021, the very day, I booked the cheaper flight with eDreams, a couple of days later, my plans had to be changed and the company wanted to pay for the trip through their agent, so I requested for cancellation with eDreams. It is the 30th September 2022 today (some NINE months later), and it is almost impossible to get in touch with eDreams, phones calls are automatically rerouted to different departments, and when after half an hour the call is picked up, it is hung up on straightaway. The online chatbot keeps looping the questions and if I choose unrelated options to finally get a human, they advise me to call and disconnect the chat. I doubt I'll ever get my $1,700+ back. The last confirmation they sent me was in February 2022 that the refund was pending Airline Authorisation, the same airline that refunded my fare in full within 3 days.

Answer: Dont believe them. They are a scammer company and just tried to scam me out of my funds. Contact your Credit Card company and file a dispute. SDreams methodology is to frustrate you until you give up from wasting so much time and they get to keep our money. Your Credit Card issuer is on your side and will revers the charges
Answer: Yes I would like to participate in a class action law suit against this company who has no customer service or any way to get money back! I lost $5807 to this fraudulent company and want it back
Answer: I have the same issue. There is no help (from them) available. I gave up calling after three months... which I am sure most people do; they count on this. The savings is modest with their pricing; and hey charge for rescheduling. I rescheduled and after three months still have not received my new ticket. After many phone calls (the wait is VERY LONG to be connected to someone) I gave up; they count on you giving up. An expensive lesson - do not use them.
