Unfortunately, inferior service and we should not trust it as our travel partner.
I have booked Singapore - Bali ticket (Malaysia Airline), via KL. Last moment, MAS has changed flights between KL to Bali, and I am forced to cancelled my full travel itinerary. I have cancelled online & till date no refund received (already 4 months).
Now, I got email with message "We are waiting a reply from Malaysia Airlines.
Once the airline(s) authorize(s) your request, we will send you the confirmation email. Should the airline notify us that they are unable to confirm/authorize your request, we will contact you to inform.
Please be aware that this is only a request and cannot be guaranteed by us."
Please avoid both eDream and MAS & tray to book using alternative booking platform / airline.
It was generally good. Although I entered our DOB's correctly it did not record correctly on my documents.

I received the reservation confirmation number no: *******7754 on September 13 at 3:00 PM and paid for the plane ticket, but I did not receive the payment confirmation. I have a problem, what's going on? Please answer me.
Your purchases are welcome. You get service. Don't expect service if you have a change. After over 9 months and empty promises to sort our my problem., my time expired and they said they could no longer help. I want to start a #me too movement to highlight how many times people have been scanned by this company.
I made flights on their site, they took my money but I never received a confirmation. I called the airlines which told me they had no reservations for the flight# I made. I am pissed and feel violated by this company. They have not responded to multiple emails. Every number I could find doesn't work.
It's horrible…DO NOT USE THIS WEBSITE OR YOU WILL F'D like me
I found a great deal at the last minute and the fact that you don't have to go through multiple different screens with nothing but advertising ads is a plus for me, Thank you

I received a text from Turkish airline to say my flight from entebbe to Istanbul had been cancelled... u the resent my itinerary on 20 sept showing the flight is still going
I have since tried to contact u every few days but have not been able to get thru either by chat or phone
My flight is cancelled for tomorrow and I can't cancel my booking... I may loose my money
The experience was really pleasant. I have not done this before so I was pretty nervous. I was just trying it out and it worked!

Process is confusing. The emailing of the ticket and other factors to the booking.
Answer: Dont believe them. They are a scammer company and just tried to scam me out of my funds. Contact your Credit Card company and file a dispute. SDreams methodology is to frustrate you until you give up from wasting so much time and they get to keep our money. Your Credit Card issuer is on your side and will revers the charges
Answer: Yes I would like to participate in a class action law suit against this company who has no customer service or any way to get money back! I lost $5807 to this fraudulent company and want it back
Answer: I have the same issue. There is no help (from them) available. I gave up calling after three months... which I am sure most people do; they count on this. The savings is modest with their pricing; and hey charge for rescheduling. I rescheduled and after three months still have not received my new ticket. After many phone calls (the wait is VERY LONG to be connected to someone) I gave up; they count on you giving up. An expensive lesson - do not use them.
