In general, it was easy booking using application eDreams. Updated me about the gate.
The only thing was that the boarding machine did not accept my booking information, and I was told to go to the boarding deck to complete the boarding.

It was difficult and i spend a lot of time to clarify the way to cancel a duplicated car reservation.
Buuking of flights was easier.
Purchased air tickets for my family on the 2nd of November. Price about $1800 according to the EDREAMS website. I downloaded the APP, as suggested by EDREAMS. I looked at the APP on 3 November, and it said my transaction is Processing. So, I asked, using the APP, and was transferred to Anand Kumar. He said that the prices of the tickets increased and that he will be able to process the transaction for $105.62 more. He said it was for admin fees and the processing of the tickets. I dropped the call. I waited a few minutes, trying to understand what was going on. I again contacted EDREAMS, and was helped by another person, who has deleted her chat from EDREAMS system. She said that the prices increased and the tickets are now $78.77 more expensive per person.
So, $78.77 x 3 plus $105.62 extra to pay on top of the original price quoted.
The reason why the messages were deleted were because the female assisting me informed me I can cancel everything and I wont be charged. I was also told my Anand Kumar that I wont be paying for the flights and all the things added. He said, as well as the female assisting me, that they will cancel everything and wont be charged.
My transaction is still Processing and the EDREAMS system says the cancellation will take more than 3 months to process.
What a SCAM.
Please just cancel all my transaction and refund all my money.
Hopefully someone else will read this and not fall for the same scam.

Bought a tkt Geneva to Hamburg via Zurich. While Swiss sent the boarding pass for the segment Geneva to Zurich automatically, it failed to send me the boarding pass for the segment Zurich — Hamburg. I had to access the Swiss website and check-in manually for this second segment.
It looks as scam, i booked with them inside Canada from Toronto to Alberta, the flight company refund all passengers, so all passenger with deferment agency get paid within 30 days. Except me, every time after i gave them the refund proof i called them they say yes you get refunded but the flight company didn't send the money to us, that big lie ever seen im sure 100% that my money sent to them i know one there he gave me every single info about refund and i keep waiting them to stop lying on me.
I found that the experience on my booking was unexpected that what are you advertisement and that what you are deliver are completely different and been manipulated.

The website is misguiding in showing the flight fares. It doesn't specify that taxes are not included which makes the fare prices appears to be much less than most website. I received emails from the airlines charging me for the taxes and it made the fares way higher than showed in the edreams site
I was offered a free trial but when i cancelled the subscription -it reinstated the free fees so booking had been a misleading experience- I would have gotten better value and a more straightforward process booking directly with airlines.
Answer: Dont believe them. They are a scammer company and just tried to scam me out of my funds. Contact your Credit Card company and file a dispute. SDreams methodology is to frustrate you until you give up from wasting so much time and they get to keep our money. Your Credit Card issuer is on your side and will revers the charges

Answer: I have the same issue. There is no help (from them) available. I gave up calling after three months... which I am sure most people do; they count on this. The savings is modest with their pricing; and hey charge for rescheduling. I rescheduled and after three months still have not received my new ticket. After many phone calls (the wait is VERY LONG to be connected to someone) I gave up; they count on you giving up. An expensive lesson - do not use them.
