Easy booking compares best flights easy to pay I got tickets with bags 25 kg
I made a booking for some Ryanair flight, filled all details etc. and when my card details were being veryfied, price raised for 20€ and i've got only pop up window with a new price, without option to cancel payment and payment was processed without my confirmation itself for higher price.
The discounted price is very good and the related app is also very useful!

They are just lier. I cancel my trip and want refund but they said 4 times that you ticket non refundable. It was lie. Because I check with airlines they said that my tickets are refundable. After 5 times call they send my just 64 euro, which I bought ticket for 612 euro. Again I check with airlines they said they we send them 372 euro. That why do not use this company. Call center don't do anything. Web and app both of them bul$#*!. I cancel my ticket 6 month ago but in app show that my cancellation are pending yet
I booked flights for my parents to visit me, their flights got cancelled due to COVID (flights worth £1500), but they gave me a voucher to use up to two years. However, once the voucher came available, I called them hundreds of times to rebook, their agents will repeat the same every single time (you have to wait 72hrs) they always blamed British Airways (the airline) however I have emails from BA telling me it's the travel agent who needs to contact them. Weeks before the expiry date I call them almost everyday, the agents told me there's nothing I can do, they can't book anything because of the airline. Now they emailed me saying the voucher expired and I won't be able to do anything. So, they're basically blaming airlines for this, just so they can keep the money of all those flights that were cancelled due to COVID (which passengers had no control over) DON'T BOOK WITH EDREAMS OR OPODO! They're scammers with no one to help you!

My name is Vivian. My husband, Padraic, booked a hotel stay & multiple flights (including Jetstar & Lion Air) from Singapore to Indonesia via eDreams in early Jun but because my husband got COVID, we cancelled the trip with eDreams. However, we called in eDreams for over 30 times over 5 months and no one is able to give me an answer on the airline refund and their manager - Sagar & their supervisors - Sahib, Dankaj promised to call me back but never call back. It is not acceptable for the service that they so called provided and their bad attitude. Their staff keep asking me to call Lion Air direclty to arrange for the refund but the airline said they would not deal with me as I didn't buy the tickets from them so the airline asked me to call back e-Dreams for the refund arrangement!
Besides, e-Dream overcharged me with the overall booking fee and promised to refund me with the overcharge but it took them months to do so. Even for the hotel charge, they promised to refund to me fully but they still haven't fully refund to me as they short change me. When I complained about it, as my bank showed there is a short change, e-Dreams asked me to sort it out with the bank instead of giving me back the shortfall!
This is the bull$#*! service that you expect when you booked with e-Dreams. So my advice to you is NEVER book with them!
Booked a round trip via airplane from Athens to Paris. Just 4 days before the flight, I casually checked the flights in the airline's website and discovered that my return flight was never booked by edreams, even if I have paid the full amount and they have sent me a verification mail that everything was OK! Cannot find anyone in customer service to resolve the situation. Probably will lose all my money. Scummers! Stay away!
Up to now compare with other travel agencies we have got some sure deal.

I called edreams about my short layover. I wanted to make sure the new change from 3 hours to 1 hour was enough time to transfer. When they open my reservation, they found that my flight is cancelled. I could have gone to the airport and will be refused a ticket because of no connecting flight. I don't understand why wont they get me a connecting flight or change my ticket since I see plenty of tickets for sale on their website. Now, as I write this, they cancelled my flight and will not answers my calls. I will not trust this company again and will not use them.
Didn't receive my booking confirmation within minutes or 24 hours as what they claimed. Had to follow up with them twice before it was confirmed. Good side though is that customer service is efficient.
I have been with eDreams for a few weeks now and I am very happy with the service they are given to me

I booked my trip from NZ to Cambodia two months before and I found out that one of my return connection flight was reschedule to another time which mean i will miss my next flight. So I asked eDreams about refund the ticket, they said okay, they can help me with that. The refunds came pretty quick, however, they never informed me that there is a service charge of around $NZD284 for their service and it is non-refundable. I paid them for nothing and earn myself a hassle and have to book a new flight and more expensive. Really, should not go with this online travel agent again, they said they do something for you that's why they charge the service fee, I said but you failed to inform me of my flight change and now you want to charge service fee. Avoid at all costs.
Some delay in verification of booking. Other than that it went well.

It was one of the best landings that I've ever experienced. I'm 6' 2" tall so I was cramped for space but other than that it was ok.
Answer: Dont believe them. They are a scammer company and just tried to scam me out of my funds. Contact your Credit Card company and file a dispute. SDreams methodology is to frustrate you until you give up from wasting so much time and they get to keep our money. Your Credit Card issuer is on your side and will revers the charges

Answer: I have the same issue. There is no help (from them) available. I gave up calling after three months... which I am sure most people do; they count on this. The savings is modest with their pricing; and hey charge for rescheduling. I rescheduled and after three months still have not received my new ticket. After many phone calls (the wait is VERY LONG to be connected to someone) I gave up; they count on you giving up. An expensive lesson - do not use them.
