WARNING DO NOT USE!
December 15, 2022

Avoid at all cost using Edreams, they charged me for a Edreams subscription of £59 and refused to refund my flight money when the booked me on a flight, I didn't request.
The customer service is appalling and contacting them difficult.
Do not use this company, reading now that so many others suffered the same treatment, experience.

Horrible never use it!

Ref *******065. Horrible experience. I am Ukrainian and bought tickets through them im March 2022 with KLM, and the flights were canceled by the airline on the last day! And I still cannot get my money back. Its more than 500 euros! This is ridiculues as I payed money for nothing, that wasnt my fault that tickets were canceled and they don't want to give me my money back, they tell me talk to the airline and the airline tells talk to the agent. I already sent a letter to cyberpolice in Ireland. Never use this app in your life!

HORRIBLE COMPANY!

I booked a flight through KAYAK. I paid for the flight and then within an hour I got an email saying the flight was canceled. That I could take an earlier flight or get a refund. I picked the refund as the earlier flight wouldn't work. I never got the refund! They continued to send me emails about the flight and to check in. I went to the airport for the flight thinking that it was still there as each email was asking for upgrades and to pick seats. It has been over a month and no contact and no refund. I showed up to the flight and THERE WAS NO FLIGHT AT THAT TIME! DO NOT BOOK WITH THESE PEOPLE! SCAM ARTISTS!
