There was an error made that created some serious stress and delays. My birthday was inputted a month and 7 years off from what it is and I got sent on a wild goose chase trying to fix the thing. Otherwise a good experience.

Delay in confirmation

I found my flight and bought it, but I was not sure if I was successful because I had to wait for more than 24 hours to wait for the confirmation for the last leg. Then I had 24 hours not knowing if I was successful in buying the tickets.

Your customer service reps are polite and respectful. But there is always something. At 1st I was told I would have a $90 voucher when I tried to redeem it it didn't work. Then while on the line with a rep and couldn't redeem a $45. Voucher which is a boomer
