As the reservation is in progress the price keeps on changing and even at the last minute when I confirm I get an announcement that the price is higher and a question if I wish to proceed
This happens only with eDreams and not with any of the other agencies for booking flights. By the time I'm finished with making the reservation if the price suddenly rises in 10$, after all the time I put in making the reservation I press that I agree and not search in a different agency.
There was lots of twist turns but I eventually got there.
Please send me my plane ticket urgently. Despite the research I have done on this application, I cannot find my plane ticket which is very important to me.

While booking went fast and easy, it took a long while to get a confirmation. It got me quite nervous because my flight was near. I had to go online and talk to a rep… after that I did receive an email pretty fast

The only thing I did not like was that during the booking the price of the flight was raised a few hundred euro, which I think is not acceptable.

After booking a trip for 3 people to Las Vegas for $1772, we ended paying an additional $300 to the airlines for carry-on baggage and were charged an additional $416 for resort fee at the hotel. The vacation package only covers the bare minimum.
I don't know how edreams got a 3 and 1/2 stars. I'd give it minus 10 stars. Do not. I repeat DO NOT BOOK WITH THIS agency I gave it 1 star cause that's the worst one I could
Answer: Dont believe them. They are a scammer company and just tried to scam me out of my funds. Contact your Credit Card company and file a dispute. SDreams methodology is to frustrate you until you give up from wasting so much time and they get to keep our money. Your Credit Card issuer is on your side and will revers the charges
Answer: Yes I would like to participate in a class action law suit against this company who has no customer service or any way to get money back! I lost $5807 to this fraudulent company and want it back
Answer: I have the same issue. There is no help (from them) available. I gave up calling after three months... which I am sure most people do; they count on this. The savings is modest with their pricing; and hey charge for rescheduling. I rescheduled and after three months still have not received my new ticket. After many phone calls (the wait is VERY LONG to be connected to someone) I gave up; they count on you giving up. An expensive lesson - do not use them.
