I cannot believe this company is still allowed to operate. I just got charged €89.99 AGAIN for their so-called eDreams Prime membership — and this is the third year in a row. I never received a single email or warning. Nothing in my inbox, nothing in spam. Just silently charging my card every year without consent. I definitely never signed up for any recurring subscription. Today I only found out because my credit card app notified me of a new charge two hours ago. I contacted their customer support immediately, and guess what? They told me it's non-refundable and offered me a pathetic $90 voucher — only if I spend at least $300 more on their garbage platform. Are you serious? This isn't bad customer service — this is a straight-up fraud operation. They trap people into shady subscriptions, hide renewal notifications, and refuse refunds. EDreams is a dishonest, deceptive, and disgraceful company. Do yourself a favor and never give them your payment details. Pay a few bucks more and go with a real, trustworthy travel agency. They don't deserve your money, your trust, or even your attention. Spread the word — this company thrives on scamming unaware users.

Answer: Dont believe them. They are a scammer company and just tried to scam me out of my funds. Contact your Credit Card company and file a dispute. SDreams methodology is to frustrate you until you give up from wasting so much time and they get to keep our money. Your Credit Card issuer is on your side and will revers the charges

Answer: I have the same issue. There is no help (from them) available. I gave up calling after three months... which I am sure most people do; they count on this. The savings is modest with their pricing; and hey charge for rescheduling. I rescheduled and after three months still have not received my new ticket. After many phone calls (the wait is VERY LONG to be connected to someone) I gave up; they count on you giving up. An expensive lesson - do not use them.
