Most I like the fact that the flight prices are the best, and you have plenty of choice. Boarding hassle free is priceless, especially when you have stops in long distance flights, and it's very handy to have everything in one place - edreams application.

I booked a cheap flight with edreams. What they dont tell you is that they sign you up with a membership and charge you a $50 us membership from the creditcard you used to pay for flight. They trick you, its a scam. They take out a monthly or yearly membership. Its caused me much trouble had cancel card. They csnt be contacted easy as on otherside of world. They said they canceled my membership and then i was charged $87. Trustpilot took down my last complaint because no evidence but i cant upload any evidence. They have not payed my money back. DO NOT BOOK WITH EDREAMS.
That day I missed a flight and had to reach my destination the same day - I found a ticket in e Dreams and everything flowed smoothly and quickly.

Can I give negative stars? After months now of not getting a refund on my "flexible" flight, I'm fairly convinced edreams is a scam. I bought a flight within the Philippines through edreams and paid extra for the flexible option to be able to change my flight. I did end up wanting to change the date of my return flight but had to call their customer service to do so. I actually called twice, the first person told me he couldn't change the flight for me and I had to rebook the WHOLE trip and then he'd send a request for cancellation and refund on the first flights. I don't remember why I called again but the second lady also said she couldn't do the change for me but I only had to rebook the return flight and she'd put a request to cancel the intial flight and get me a refund...
The cancellation was easy enough for them but almost 5 months later there has been no refund. When I phoned the airline directly they said there was no record of the initial flight and I was not eligible for a refund.

I have used edreams 3x and their CS and app are the pits. The app messed showing 2 booking for same trip
I made my booking and between choosing my flights and paying for them the price increased by £13 per ticket which was annoying as I was on a tight budget and needing to visit my mother who has been unwell
I would also appreciate just one or two emails
But so far I have had 6?
Otherwise all else was fine

I picked a ticket with a carry one but when my ticket came I see I booked to the economy lite fare with no carry on. Now I hv to pay extra for my carry on.

All in all it was good but there was an extra 400$ charge to my credit card without explanation
Had a few issues booking my reservation at first but after several attempts I was able to finally get my booking completed. Received the confirmation shortly after.

Answer: Dont believe them. They are a scammer company and just tried to scam me out of my funds. Contact your Credit Card company and file a dispute. SDreams methodology is to frustrate you until you give up from wasting so much time and they get to keep our money. Your Credit Card issuer is on your side and will revers the charges
Answer: Yes I would like to participate in a class action law suit against this company who has no customer service or any way to get money back! I lost $5807 to this fraudulent company and want it back
Answer: I have the same issue. There is no help (from them) available. I gave up calling after three months... which I am sure most people do; they count on this. The savings is modest with their pricing; and hey charge for rescheduling. I rescheduled and after three months still have not received my new ticket. After many phone calls (the wait is VERY LONG to be connected to someone) I gave up; they count on you giving up. An expensive lesson - do not use them.
