Update 27/03. Almost a montth later I have no tickets and still a 1000 euros charge on my visa. Everytime I call eDreams I am 5 to 10 business day away of a full refund.
Now I understand why others consider them fraudulent. I will escalete to all consumer protection organizations and VISA.

First booking was not confirmed. But the credit card hold is still there, I don't know when it will be released. Second booking was partially confirmed. But I need all the trip, not parts of it. This is the whole point for their service. I was given a quote for the whole package, I don't even know what each leg costs in order to authorize a partial booking. No way to talk to human without paying 1+ hour call from another country to US. I want a full refund for both bookings, since in both cases I did not get what I ordered. I hope eDreams honour the contract and do the right thing, I would be more than happy to update my experience if they corrected the situation.
Overall was a good experience. One (first) flight confirmation came later and made us anxious because if it is not confirmed, means the rest of flight becomes worthless. Additional baggage fee's should be in, confusing or adding unexpected extra cost to you.

Book your flights directly from the airlines. It is much cheaper. I was scammed by these people. I ended up paying 73$ for a prime membership because they offered discounts and stuff. But I recently booked a flight for my family and I from Vancouver to Toronto. The airlines sent me a ticket from which e dreams charged me 50$ extra. When I asked them they just showed made up charges and explained they gave me a discount. They just make up fake charges to make it look like they are giving a discount when actually they are just charging you extra.

The worst travel agency I have ever seen!
First of all I bought a plane ticket and only when I got to the payment they told me that for the cheap price i have seen so far i need to pay for prime.
I paid...
When I got to the flight the airline wouldn't let me board because they claimed that I needed (on a connecting flight) a visa to India, even though I'm not leaving the airport, I'm even staying in the same terminal!
(Asia air is to blame here)
But why did edreams Sold me a flight ticket I can't use?
And didnt even write a warning that a visa is needed on a connecting flight!
At that moment I tried to contact my "prime" support
To cancel the rest of the flights I'm going to miss because of this
But no way to contact them!
There is no human response, just a bot that doesn't help me in any way!
I sent them emails and have not received any response until today!
Now I'm trying to cancel my prime subscription that I'm paying for and again!
Why is it so hard!?!?!
I don't remember the password, and they won't let me change the password so I can cancel!
Because of them I had to pay another 1100 dollars for a plane ticket (one way)!
And that's in additional to the 1000 dollars I already paid them!
I am trying to get a refund from them for the second flight ticket I bought because of them, but of course there is no answer

When I asked for a meal they said it isn't included in your ticket!
I have never in such a greedy flights ever…

Terrible experience with eDreams.I bought tickets on 02/14/2023.I received an email of cancelation from Frontier airline which I believe is an affiliate of eDreams.I have contacted Frontier and was told I have been refunded since 02/17/2023 but eDreams had refused to process the refund and send the refund to the card I purchased the ticket with.It's very frustrating.I have contacted frontier and I was sent confirmation of refund but eDreams refused to refund.Sent couple of chats,mails without response to eDreams to understand whats been going on but edreams had kept mute.This is so unprofessional and I'll advise the public to be extremely careful buying tickets from the eDreams site It's almost 2 months and edreams had refused to refund after the cancelation of the flight and the customer service is terrible.This is the first time I'm buying ticket from eDreams and the experience is horrible.Not recommend to anyone.Whenever I request for my refund from eDreams site I'm been referred to Frontier Airlines and frontier always emphasized the fact that I have been refunded but the issue is with eDreams.I don't understand why refund after cancelation of flight should be as tough as a camel passing through a needle.eDreams doesn't provide a contact number and don't respond to emails or give a solutions via chat it wouod only referred you to the airline and they are not on same page with Airlines even when the Airlines emphasized they've refunded after cancelation
EDreans is not recommended to anyone and their customers service is horrible.Be warned!

Third ticket I bought for this trip segment - though I bought flexible tickets, neither HKE nor HKA gave their authorization to change the schedule after they cancelled the flight. Let's pray that this ticket will make it unto the boarding gate!

Answer: Dont believe them. They are a scammer company and just tried to scam me out of my funds. Contact your Credit Card company and file a dispute. SDreams methodology is to frustrate you until you give up from wasting so much time and they get to keep our money. Your Credit Card issuer is on your side and will revers the charges

Answer: I have the same issue. There is no help (from them) available. I gave up calling after three months... which I am sure most people do; they count on this. The savings is modest with their pricing; and hey charge for rescheduling. I rescheduled and after three months still have not received my new ticket. After many phone calls (the wait is VERY LONG to be connected to someone) I gave up; they count on you giving up. An expensive lesson - do not use them.
