The site won't let me log in with my email. I have to go through Google. I've requested an email to update password but don't get anything.
Nice prices offered to me but I think it takes too long to get the booking confirmation after taking the payment. At some point it made me think it was fraud. Let us improve with timing to confirm the reservation to 30 min or 1 hour instead of 22 hours or more.

Overloaded, complicated, unclear interfaces!
Al I need is a pdf with my ticket and I $#*!ing can't get it done with your emails and platform. I was expecting to receive the ticket in the mail. I need the file, not only reference numbers
Also subscribing me in unclear manner to your yearly prime subscription feels like a deception. I am glad I noticed and cancelled before the payment
Every thing was perfect,I hade three issues
1 confirmation of my preservation was way too late
2 it was not clear that I dont have cheked in baggage untile it was too late
Terrible sustainable Scaming agency
I have booked 2 trips with edreams. One for 3 passengers from Brisbane to Melbourn 3rd FEB and Melbourne to Colombo for 4 passenges in 5th FEB. They sent me booking confirmation 2 months ago. And updated. I brought prime membership as well. When I went to Brisbane airport found they did not paid to airline. The customer support not helped. Had to booked 3 tickets to Melbourne next day morning and stay in Brisbane for overnight cost me another extra $1000. Checked the other trip was same. I had to stay without sleep to talked and made conformation for Colombo trip with airline and edreams agent. It was too bad service from the customercare team with very unclear accent and with background noice. I booked tickets 3months ago. They still did not refund me. 3 emails with apologies and waiting notices for 10 business days. Disgusting service and not recommend to anyone. I do not know why Australia not banned them from oparations? Trustpilot records so many similar cases with them
I have not received my luggage 5 clear days after the travel

The process is really slow to complete the confirmation of flight booking
Booking a flight is awful. It can't just be I go from point a to point b and this is the price. No, there are added fees for everything. I'm surprised that I am not charged for breathing while on the plane! As for dreams? I felt that I didn't even have a choice, if I wanted to move forward with the flight I had to accept. But, it may come in handy with all the traveling I am doing this year.
It was a pleasant and easy experience to navigate through search and online booking experience. I now look forward to my travel experience later this year.

Answer: Dont believe them. They are a scammer company and just tried to scam me out of my funds. Contact your Credit Card company and file a dispute. SDreams methodology is to frustrate you until you give up from wasting so much time and they get to keep our money. Your Credit Card issuer is on your side and will revers the charges
Answer: Yes I would like to participate in a class action law suit against this company who has no customer service or any way to get money back! I lost $5807 to this fraudulent company and want it back
Answer: I have the same issue. There is no help (from them) available. I gave up calling after three months... which I am sure most people do; they count on this. The savings is modest with their pricing; and hey charge for rescheduling. I rescheduled and after three months still have not received my new ticket. After many phone calls (the wait is VERY LONG to be connected to someone) I gave up; they count on you giving up. An expensive lesson - do not use them.
