My flight to Lisbon was cancelled without notice and I was lucky to call the edream agency first otherwise, I would go to the airport and face the surprises! I am still waiting for the refund.

We booked a rental car in Naples Italy. Our flights were delayed and we got to the office at 5 minutes to 6PM. But the office was closed. WE called the number on our contract the person said he would call right back and never did. WE had to have a car so we rented from another agency. Now E Dreams will not refund our money.
I got a ticket from these guys they sent 3 different links for my travel 1 went through and the other ones didn't fo through as my bank blocked it luckily.
Now trying to get my money back for the transaction that went through as I never got an ticket I have had no response from the email or the phone number they were answering in 2 secs before they got hold of my card details.

How and what edreams is, is super confusing. What am I paying for? A flight on Swoop a charter service an online host?! I am afraid I have so many emails from different apps from this flight I don't know wha to trust.

Thought that I would be getting a decent discount and was very happy about it. Who would not be happy with a 100 euros or more saving?
Out of curiosity, I went to check directly with the airline (Brussels Airlines). And to my surprise, I found the price to be nearly 200 euros cheaper with Brussels Airlines.
I cancelled my reservation (within 30 minutes) with Edreams and Prime, learning that I would not be extra charged.
Got my refund and less than 195 euros is missing. Non-refunded service fees and prime subscription.

Upon booking with what's meant to save one time. This company wastes it.
To start. There are hidden fees. You're better off going directly to the airline you want to book with. At the end of my booking, I would have payed less with the airline.
Secondly, if you pay for "baggage," they only pay for baggage one way, and not on the returning flight. Make that make sense?
Thirdly, they make you download an app so you can have access to YOUR BOOKING. They, unknown to me, automatically sign you up for a PAID MEMBERSHIP (if this doesn't scream scam, I don't know what does).
Furthermore, if you go on the app to try and cancel this subscription, guess what. You're not allowed to because a prompt for "something went wrong," will display.

I got a call from my banking team that I was being charged in Barcelona and in Tallahassee, Florida. (I'm in California).
Please safe yourself the trouble and just book through the airlines. No matter how much time/money you think you're saving you're not.
I have waited 11 months for a refund of my fare which I cancelled well within the deadline for full refund. EDreams fully acknowledges this is a fully refundable fare. I have contacted the company 6 times by phone and chat and have been told each time "we're working on it" "I'll escalate to a supervisor" "We'll get back to you in 10 days" etc. Not once has eDreams reached out to me for a status update with the exception of an email on Feb 11 that said the refund would be processed (this was 8 months after the cancellation). It is now May 1 and I have yet to receive any refund.
I have been charged 59.99 euro for membership fee when I never subscribed for the membership with this effing website? Bought tickets from skyscanner in 2021 / 2022 and they pushed the pricing hosted by Edreams and that's all I can think of my possible encounter with this scam of a company. I covered a booking with their "cancellation for any reason" guarantee. Unfortunately, I had to cancel that travel.
Since December 2021, I've been contacting them to be teased with the promise "we'll process your refund within 10 working days" times and times again.
It's been A YEAR AND A HALF and they still keep my rightfully promised refund of £73.84.
Their customer service is painful to contact: they don't provide a telephone or email and you have to go via a time-consuming chat that doesn't allow to copy-paste info.

Be warned of a fraudulent company called edreams! It's name should be enightmares! Once you subscribe for a trail period you can't cancel. Their instructions don't work! Their phone number doesn't work! They will charge your debit card for a membership and there isn't anything you can do about it. No refunds! No cancelations! The company is located in Spain! Please be warned before you make the mistake we did!

Both my outbound and return flights were cancelled by the airlines, British Airways and RyanAir respectively. I'm still waiting for a refund after 8 months. Every time I chat with an agent after holding for ages, I am told the same thing, that my refund is being chased. This company is criminal. Never buy flights from them. If I could give no stars I would.
They charge me for $100 for bag which was connected flight. So surprised.

Answer: Dont believe them. They are a scammer company and just tried to scam me out of my funds. Contact your Credit Card company and file a dispute. SDreams methodology is to frustrate you until you give up from wasting so much time and they get to keep our money. Your Credit Card issuer is on your side and will revers the charges

Answer: I have the same issue. There is no help (from them) available. I gave up calling after three months... which I am sure most people do; they count on this. The savings is modest with their pricing; and hey charge for rescheduling. I rescheduled and after three months still have not received my new ticket. After many phone calls (the wait is VERY LONG to be connected to someone) I gave up; they count on you giving up. An expensive lesson - do not use them.
