The experience was pretty good. This is the first time I have used edreams and it was easy except after I purchased a round trip ticket only one direction was available so that made it difficult because we had to find another ticket for the way out. Other than that it was great.

I paid for a luggage for two flights that i bought with edreams, as you can see from the photo i had 23kg booked.
But in the airline website i see my booking reference was booked with just a Basic reservation that didn't include the luggage. I tried to contact them, spending HOURS on a chat which is fake and time wasting.
They are just bad people I implore anyone to stay away from EDREAMS!
I already traveled with eDreams before and I really liked it! The prices are great, best deals ever!m

I can only give one star at this time because I have yet to receive a refund for the cancellation of the trip booked through your organization with Avelo Airlines from Raleigh, NC to West Palm Beach, Florida. Your on line chat sent me an "Oops" response that something had gone wrong when I wrote regarding this and therefore until I resolve the refund issue, I regret I can only give you a one star rating.
It was ok. The process was pretty quick and self explanatory.

Took my money after cancelling my flight due to COVID-19 and kept telling me to wait for my refund. Eventually they tell me i contacted them too late even though I have been contacting them since the date of my cancellation.
It was great, very simple to use the app, I recommend it.

More than bad. I have one month requesting the invoice and still they do not send it. Once there is a technical problems,then tou have to request it again,then they are sure that I will receive it.
This company is a joke.
The schedule was not as I selected. After completed the booking, realized the flight was wrong. Tried to cancel right away, but had a lot of troubles, called in and talked to Omar, the agent, he told me I could not cancel the booking because it's the low fare. It doesn't make sense. The message said cancellation can make within 24 hours. I just booked it a few minutes ago and tried to cancel right away. I said if cancellation is unable to make, then change the flight to a different time. I'm still waiting for the response. This is my first time booking with Edream, very bad customer service and experience. I have never had this problem before. I booked airline tickets through other travel agent, and was able to cancel without any problems.
I can only describe my experience as poor and disappointing, I requested help 3or 4days ago, then again yesterday about seating and luggage arrangements but no answer has been issued.

Despite taking great care with the filters on Kayak, handing the actual booking over to edreams was a pain in the... every way to get you to paymore money, baggage seats insurance etc etc. it's so damn difficult to get a straight deal now from holiday airlines and agencies like edreams
If I could book direct with the airlines I would have done!

Unfortunately a very inconvenient system. After booking a tickets,it is completely unclear how to check what tickets include.I think I made a mistake in the passport number but I can't see my own registration details. I asked for help but was denied because I did not pay for this service. I have to note that I am not able to see the data that I entered during an order, so I cannot add this service and correct the error. And this means that I may have problems with landing on a plane. Very disappointed.
I'm very happy to try dreams for my first time, overall vey please with my booking thanks

I got a promo code and it said that if I used it before the 24th I would get 30 dollars off. Not true. The promo code was "not valid". False advertising
Answer: Dont believe them. They are a scammer company and just tried to scam me out of my funds. Contact your Credit Card company and file a dispute. SDreams methodology is to frustrate you until you give up from wasting so much time and they get to keep our money. Your Credit Card issuer is on your side and will revers the charges
Answer: Yes I would like to participate in a class action law suit against this company who has no customer service or any way to get money back! I lost $5807 to this fraudulent company and want it back
Answer: I have the same issue. There is no help (from them) available. I gave up calling after three months... which I am sure most people do; they count on this. The savings is modest with their pricing; and hey charge for rescheduling. I rescheduled and after three months still have not received my new ticket. After many phone calls (the wait is VERY LONG to be connected to someone) I gave up; they count on you giving up. An expensive lesson - do not use them.
