After the initial booking I was moved on and on to other 'additives' like securing a seat, etc... and others. Which prolonged the procedure. All I wanted was the cheapest seat without anything added.
But it was all over in a few minutes. Relatively easy. Could be more simplified though.

It's really bad experience with edream. I attach picture as proof how they make you fool picture will explain how they Rob you.
I bought flexible ticket because not sure about date.
First change was fine.
Second change they asked me to pay 480 euro. So my question why you charge 160 euro extra for flexible ticket. I just be save this kind of company buy ticket directly from airline. Thanks
My first rez went ok then my 2 nd not so good. I had to call customer service and I lost my 2 nd rez price went from $4.84 to $28.65 by the time I was able to book due to your website kept inputting my wrong birth date. I had to wait to get cs to clear the glitches!

My experienced while waiting for the confirmation of my booking is very stressful! I waited for almost 24 hours. Better to have a customer service chatroom or an active hotline to call.

I made a booking to rent a car but when I got to rental company my card got rejected. I had this confirmed by the rental company and reported immediately to eDreams (without even leaving the rental office). I paid online for a car that I didn't get from the rental... Contact is difficult, it's been over 3 weeks and they don't want to return the money! They say they're investigating... Scam, avoid!
Honestly the worst travel agency online, as long as you have to buy online ok like many others now you have a pb and need to change sth, you are dead.
Following up, Edreams promised to to call me back in 24h, then in the next 3 hours, after going back on the chat with an agent, they never called me back...
Just got 3 emails saying" we tried to reach you but we could not" Yes of course you tried, but I have no missed calls on my cell, no email or WhatsApp...my flight is on the 11, and I guess they will drag it until the 11 and say, oh your ticket expired, sorry...

After mistakenly adding 2 bags in one direction instead on 1 in ech direction, I looked for a way to fix this. I found no way to do this.
I wrote a note to customer support an did not receive any answer. I ended up paying one more time for a bag.
I recently booked a flight from Chile to Canada. I realized I was overcharged with services I never asked for. I made a claim. I sent all the information since I did not book that (It did not appear in my app), I am traveling for an academic conferences with fixed days so I would never have ask for an insurance regarding flexibility. Besides I have the proof it did not shown as services bought. The only thing they are showing is the invoice. I paid for a ticket of around 500 dollars, I would have never paid more than 150 in insurance that I don't need.
The explanation is totally misleading that I should have erased some of the services you already placed on my order. This is completely wrong and malpractice.
I hope I can be assisted with this company called eDreams car hire. I hired a small car on 19 April 2023 I don't have a car and needed to travel to Potchefstroom. I paid online R 1041.97 and literally minutes later I canceled because my assisted me with his car so I canceled and as they are an online business I got an automated response acknowledging my cancelation and it said I should be refunded within 10 working days maybe an extra 3 days depending on the bank I use. I am in my 22 or 23rd I'm still not refunded I have sent numerous emails no response until I contacted their customer service support on Twitter and instead, they referred me to another customer service and said I must wait while they are investigating the latter it will around 20 working days to get back to me. This amounts to two months of waiting for a refund, yet on this website, they don't talk about waiting periods and charges. I really need your assistance with these unscrupulous car hires who can not be reached via phone locally. I have attached their automated response about the cancelation.
EDreams purchases your ticket with a completely unrelated credit card to ensure that any refund does not go directly into your credit card. They take away their "service fee" for any refunds that are issued to you. There is minimal transparency with their service and they refuse to issue proper invoice with credit card statement. I would avoid at all cost.

Answer: Dont believe them. They are a scammer company and just tried to scam me out of my funds. Contact your Credit Card company and file a dispute. SDreams methodology is to frustrate you until you give up from wasting so much time and they get to keep our money. Your Credit Card issuer is on your side and will revers the charges

Answer: I have the same issue. There is no help (from them) available. I gave up calling after three months... which I am sure most people do; they count on this. The savings is modest with their pricing; and hey charge for rescheduling. I rescheduled and after three months still have not received my new ticket. After many phone calls (the wait is VERY LONG to be connected to someone) I gave up; they count on you giving up. An expensive lesson - do not use them.
