I consider myself lucky to have stumbled across this site after trying to find something online for the last week or two and even visiting two different travel agencies.
Fine. You should have better travel options. The price was close to what was advertised, now let us see what happens when travelling.

So far so good, I love the fact that they text you and mail you. A call from them is also on the list.
I wanted to correct my name and was in chat for long time. Being a prime member I thought I will get timely support and resolution. The executive simply said I need to cancel and rebook and there is no other way. Not even attempted to check with the airline. Then I chatted with airline directly and it was resolved in minutes. Very bad support. I'm canceling my prime trial.
Just THIVES my flight was canceled by the airline more than a month ago and the airline sent me the bank transaction few hours after the cancellation day. The told me they will refund me the money 72 hours after my flight got canceled now more than a month and still no refund and they are blaming the airline but once I emailed them the the bank transaction number and a photo of the bank transaction that shew the airline refunded the money a month ago they stopped replying to my emails! Worst website and app ever just scammers and unprofessionals BLOODY THIVES

Do not whatever u do sign up with these scumbags at least they'll sell your data at most they'll charge you over for services not received and make it impossible to cancel your subscription

Answer: Dont believe them. They are a scammer company and just tried to scam me out of my funds. Contact your Credit Card company and file a dispute. SDreams methodology is to frustrate you until you give up from wasting so much time and they get to keep our money. Your Credit Card issuer is on your side and will revers the charges
Answer: Yes I would like to participate in a class action law suit against this company who has no customer service or any way to get money back! I lost $5807 to this fraudulent company and want it back
Answer: I have the same issue. There is no help (from them) available. I gave up calling after three months... which I am sure most people do; they count on this. The savings is modest with their pricing; and hey charge for rescheduling. I rescheduled and after three months still have not received my new ticket. After many phone calls (the wait is VERY LONG to be connected to someone) I gave up; they count on you giving up. An expensive lesson - do not use them.
