I bought Ryanair air tickets from the agency, now I found the agency charged me USD70 for prime
Membership. I urge any of you don't do business with the agency, and discard the credit card used

This ticket made me fool. I took this ticket from online eDreams. When I went to airport they said u don't have baggage. My flight was from ktm to jfk international flight. I have to pay extra $514.16. I texted them but they no responsible for that. So guys u also don't be fool like me.

Very expensive, not much service,very expensive checked baggage and no meals for 8 hours

I booked my flight and when I went back to change or cancel the ticket they said they I won't get anything in refund because their service fee is very high and minus that there is no refund and charged me more money for change then the original ticket costed me. During the booking it was showing $35 change fee but during change they said it's now $60 USD per passenger because they have just changed the terms and conditions but when I looked on website it was showing $35. No live agent and online answers your simple questions in several minutes. Please beaware.
Not good so far. Not sure if I have a confirmed booking or not. I am getting different emails. First one flight was changed then cancelled but app still says confirmed! Just waiting to see if I get a refund, then I have to try and rebook an outward flight.
I would like a refund for the extra charge that was added to my flight cost for "special eDreams support".
Waiting 48-72 hours for a reply is not "service" that should be chargeable to customers.
This is what everyone else calls standard service not a 'special service'.
I had to end up making the flight change via the airline directly - LATAM were amazing and super helpful. At At first they were hesitant to do so because it should have been through eDReams, but they understood the time pressure I was under to change the flight date.
Book your tickets through another company and save yourself the stress. As you never know when things might go wrong on holiday - and you want a company that is there to support you - especially when you've paid extra to mitigate the stress.
Had an issue with my card was declined for the reservation but not the fee?, eventually I was able to speak to support and paid with another card.
I paid $401.00 for a ticket and few hours later was posted at $367.00
They cancelled my flights, confirmed a refund. It's been three years and still nothing even though I have sent numerous emails for status updates.
Looking for good deal MaKe me feel that i need to stay loyal

I have received e mails in Spanish! Unsure why really hope I have my booking - tried to log on and password required but don't remember putting one in? Tried to get a reset and that maybe what I have in Spanish? Who knows

The booking system here is cluttered all about with distractions, and pages of pressures to buy extras, add expenses - a long list of them. The actual booking and confirming of a flight worked fine, but was hard to navigate through the crowd of other pressures, including pop-ups like "Hurry - prices are about to go up".
Answer: Dont believe them. They are a scammer company and just tried to scam me out of my funds. Contact your Credit Card company and file a dispute. SDreams methodology is to frustrate you until you give up from wasting so much time and they get to keep our money. Your Credit Card issuer is on your side and will revers the charges
Answer: Yes I would like to participate in a class action law suit against this company who has no customer service or any way to get money back! I lost $5807 to this fraudulent company and want it back
Answer: I have the same issue. There is no help (from them) available. I gave up calling after three months... which I am sure most people do; they count on this. The savings is modest with their pricing; and hey charge for rescheduling. I rescheduled and after three months still have not received my new ticket. After many phone calls (the wait is VERY LONG to be connected to someone) I gave up; they count on you giving up. An expensive lesson - do not use them.
