Confusing. Not clear. No clear info. Avoid if possible, no customer service
You NEVER buy for them, THEY ARE TYPICAL FRAUDULENTS with incapable agents, This is a despicable company(bunch of scammers) and would never recommend to anyone!I have lost my money, I tried to buy tickets with no success and they got my money without any notification even though their site had shown me that purchase did not take place. Afterwards, I found out that I have been charged and they contact them and ask why they never contact me to let me know that I have been charge but there are not tickets, they apologized and ever since they always tell me that I will get money within 3 days. Guess what, I did not receive anything and every agent says the same to me, '' DO NOT WORRY YOU WILL GET YOUR REFUND WITHIN 5 DAYS''
It was easy to find out about the flights.good scose and good price for the next I will try your site for sure

The worst ever booking agency,scammers!Before getting your money great service when it comes to get refund I am so sorry!even I payed for reqiesting refund it seems it is just forclucking the button to request money.Do not dream getting your money back noting at alll!

Have not received invoice yet. Was not able to pay for checked baggage yet. Otherwise happy. It seems that everything takes 48 hours or more for you to receive confirmations.
I did not receive any confirmation and the survey option is misleading. I had to go to Iberia site to make sure that I got seats assigned.

Answer: Dont believe them. They are a scammer company and just tried to scam me out of my funds. Contact your Credit Card company and file a dispute. SDreams methodology is to frustrate you until you give up from wasting so much time and they get to keep our money. Your Credit Card issuer is on your side and will revers the charges
Answer: Yes I would like to participate in a class action law suit against this company who has no customer service or any way to get money back! I lost $5807 to this fraudulent company and want it back
Answer: I have the same issue. There is no help (from them) available. I gave up calling after three months... which I am sure most people do; they count on this. The savings is modest with their pricing; and hey charge for rescheduling. I rescheduled and after three months still have not received my new ticket. After many phone calls (the wait is VERY LONG to be connected to someone) I gave up; they count on you giving up. An expensive lesson - do not use them.
