It is nearly impossible to cancel your "Prime Membership." Mind you, I never signed up for it in the first place. I was charged $59.99 for the membership and the website has instructions that lead you nowhere. They are clearly scamming people by signing them up through fine print and then making it impossible to cancel. I will never book through Edreams ever again and neither should you.
I have had the worst exp with them. Airline canceled the flight and refunded immediately but due to 3rd party, the money went right to EDreams and NOT to me. So, NOW for almost a MONTH I have been trying to get my money back from EDreams. They keep sending me to the Manage my Booking page and then sending me the same sob story about how the "Airline may not reimburse me." I really don't think an actual PERSON reads the emails or comments because if they did they would know they are actually holding my money hostage right now. I was on my way to see my father on his death bed and had to book a no notice Airline ticket, only to have my flight canceled, have to book with a different airline last minute, and make it with 5 minutes to spend with my dad before he passed away. Definitely NOT needing this extra stress on top of losing my dad. Thank you jerkface company for not having your crap together and running a SCAM!
Stay away from them. It's a fraud, charge the credit card without consent and no refund. It's a scam

I booked a flight from Lima to Manaus. There are 2 transit but both are going with the same airline. I booked with eDreams knowng that I cannot add the cabin luggage, but need to add it on the airline website directly. When I received the confirmation, I first got 2 booking references for the same airline, but also could not enter into my booking on the airline site, because it asked me to enter the administrator email who will deal with refunds in case of issues or cancellations. Not knowing how to proceed I contacted eDreams, and they contacted the airline who confirmed that I need to add my own email address.
I am just confused because it says that I cannot change it and if I enter my email address then I could run into the issue that I cannot get a refund, because it clearly states that it need to be an administrator who can deal with refund.
So not great really and very complicated. Moreover have to pay for luggages twice whereas if I would have gone with airline directly I would have been charged once for all my flights (3 in total). So not as cheap if you have to transit.
Complicated, but I'm not Turkish and was booking 5 flights!

The prices are affordable lifting the walls of not being able to travel due to pricing. However, I just hope my flight wouldn't be canceled for some strange reason like it did for someone I know. Other than that, I can't wait for my flight!

Sometimes rates change to dynamic in few minutes and prime discount is sold as membership to us, so have to careful whether its going to be useful for frequent flyers.

Options provided for flights were realistic, it specified what airports in the different cities, which was important, and showed the airlines, so I could go and check amd compare against individual prices too.

They are not correct and they are not responsible. I have very bad experience with it. During my flight i have to pay again for baggages as they had confirmed me with ticket with 20kg baggages was but this was not true.
I want to make sure that I cancelled the prime membership as I do not wish to pay monthly subscription after 30days free trial. I have already requested through your agent and was confirmed the cancelation but received an email afterwards that I have joined the prime membership. I assume that it was an automatic email but Please make sure it is cancelled.

Answer: Dont believe them. They are a scammer company and just tried to scam me out of my funds. Contact your Credit Card company and file a dispute. SDreams methodology is to frustrate you until you give up from wasting so much time and they get to keep our money. Your Credit Card issuer is on your side and will revers the charges

Answer: I have the same issue. There is no help (from them) available. I gave up calling after three months... which I am sure most people do; they count on this. The savings is modest with their pricing; and hey charge for rescheduling. I rescheduled and after three months still have not received my new ticket. After many phone calls (the wait is VERY LONG to be connected to someone) I gave up; they count on you giving up. An expensive lesson - do not use them.
