The navigation on your app is terrible. It kept putting me back to start again, however did remember my travel dates and location, but not the airports selected. I ended up booking a flight from an airport far from me when I had selected one just a 5 minute drive away. This has now added significant cost to my trip, rendering the prime discount useless. I won't be using your service again.
Absolutely disgrace.! Do not use their app. Be very aware of it. My partner used his edreams app to purchase a flight ticket departing this 27 June 2023 for his good friend. My partner had purchased his own ticket same date/flight prio to this. When my partner confirmed all d passenger details was correct for his friend he purchased this ticket for his friend paying €1,100 using his edreams app The confirmation came back saying the ticket in my partner name, not his frond. I have tried everything to fix problem. This was obviously a tech error in edreams. I have contacted edreams from phone calls, emails, chats. They keep saying not their fault and to contact aer France. Aie France are no better. Saying same. I've contacted European consumer and minister of trav/transport. - all slow to reply. The time is coming nearer. My partner has 2 tickets flying in same plane /flight on 27 June 2023 and his friend has no ticket. Absolutely disgrace. I was willing to pay extra fee for edit of name that they even did. They totally put in wrong passenger. They say also that cannot get refund. So that is edreams. Also my partner is a prime customer in edreams. This means nothing. Nightmare it is

The website said I was going to get charged $255, but they charged me $517. I spoke with Karam, he said sorry, you are not getting your money! It felt like a scam for me! Safe yourself some headache and money!
The process was smooth but I was displeased that the price got bumped up by about $80 when the order was finalized, unexpectedly. It should have retained the original price that lured me in.

The Edreams website is having issues, it is slow and confusing
The booking process was not easy.
It was very inconvenient to enter the date of birth.
I was exposed to eDreams through Facebook. I was looking for a good rate to go to Florida to see my father for Fathers Day. I had looked at other sites and when I tried this, it really was so much cheaper and better to book.

I have not recieved my boarding pass yet its very bad cause my flight is today

Overall very good experience booking my flights, only drawback is the fact we are forced to accept prime membership in order to avoid extra £15ish fee.
To my view it is a petty attitude absolute unnecessary on the great scheme of things. I understand it is to force us costumer to that subscription but as mentioned, quite petty for a business like edreams

Answer: Dont believe them. They are a scammer company and just tried to scam me out of my funds. Contact your Credit Card company and file a dispute. SDreams methodology is to frustrate you until you give up from wasting so much time and they get to keep our money. Your Credit Card issuer is on your side and will revers the charges
Answer: Yes I would like to participate in a class action law suit against this company who has no customer service or any way to get money back! I lost $5807 to this fraudulent company and want it back
Answer: I have the same issue. There is no help (from them) available. I gave up calling after three months... which I am sure most people do; they count on this. The savings is modest with their pricing; and hey charge for rescheduling. I rescheduled and after three months still have not received my new ticket. After many phone calls (the wait is VERY LONG to be connected to someone) I gave up; they count on you giving up. An expensive lesson - do not use them.
