It took 24 hours for my flight to be confirmed, way too long. I was wondering if the transaction went through. But then I booked another one and it was confirmed right away. So it was weird that the first one took forever before being confirmed.
It is was convenient to use this app, I liked it. Fram now on only Edreams.

When I clicked on the flight, it showed a price of "$370 ALL TAXES INCLUDED"
When I paid, it showed a list of Taxes, I was charged. The 'low cost fare' turned almost $500. I am requesting a refund of the difference. Also the site wouldn't allow me to, enter my birth date.because, the year stopped at 1950.My birth year is 1949. Also,it told me I may not be allowed to enter the country.Because my CANADIAN passport expires, less than 6 months away (Nov 27 2023)
Lowest price compared to several other sites. Booking process was simple and within 15 minutes all details were provided.
After being happy to find the right flight ticket for me and my daughter, a couple of days later I received an email from Frontier Airlines canceling my trip and offering me a very early flight or the option to change it to the same flight I purchased through Dreams but now I have to pay $100.00 to get the same flight that I got through Dreams which seems like a scam to suck more money out of stupid customers like me. And By the way not even Dreams or Fontier have live costumer services representatives

Everything has gone well so far, I expect this continues in the same way till completed my round trip, only issue is that app didn't update booking status until I made a change with my membership.

It was the cheapest ticket that I found. The only thing is that you have to wait 24 hours to actually receive your booking confirmation. I'm still waiting for my tickets details

6-24-23 for flight on 7-14-23. I have no experience as of this date to report other than booking was simple & and very generous discount which I definitely appreciate!
Budget flights,good service so far, happy, seem ok. Haven't fly yet though but can only comment on purchase.

Answer: Dont believe them. They are a scammer company and just tried to scam me out of my funds. Contact your Credit Card company and file a dispute. SDreams methodology is to frustrate you until you give up from wasting so much time and they get to keep our money. Your Credit Card issuer is on your side and will revers the charges

Answer: I have the same issue. There is no help (from them) available. I gave up calling after three months... which I am sure most people do; they count on this. The savings is modest with their pricing; and hey charge for rescheduling. I rescheduled and after three months still have not received my new ticket. After many phone calls (the wait is VERY LONG to be connected to someone) I gave up; they count on you giving up. An expensive lesson - do not use them.
