eDreams is a global online travel agency recognised for its innovative approach to travel booking. Using advanced technology, the platform helps travellers search and book trips worldwide, offering flights from more than 700 airlines, along with a wide range of hotels and car rental options. eDreams is part of the eDreams ODIGEO Group, one of the world’s largest online travel groups, serving around 20 million customers globally.
eDreams Prime is the travel industry’s first subscription-based programme, created to help frequent travellers save on every booking. With more than 7 million Prime members, subscribers can access savings of up to €100 per flight, up to €270 on accommodation, and discounted car rentals from as little as €12 per day. Prime members also benefit from features such as price freeze, VIP customer support, a 48-hour refund option for added flexibility, and a best-price guarantee on flights and hotels, or eDreams pays double the difference.
The company enjoys a reputation for offering competitive prices and a user-friendly booking experience, with many customers appreciating the ease and speed of the process. However, several negative sentiments emerge regarding customer service shortcomings, particularly around issues with reservations, unexpected fees, and a lack of support when problems arise. Customers have expressed frustration over perceived misleading information and difficulties in obtaining refunds or changes. Overall, while the company successfully attracts customers with attractive deals, it faces challenges in maintaining trust and satisfaction due to inconsistent service experiences.

Easy and organised site.the App is helpful too. I user the App only for checking my confirmation
Muy buena experiencia, esperamos que el viaje sea lo mismo
I found the experience of reserving our flights confusing to say the least.
Because of an error I made with the way I entered my Christian names, I immediately (within an hour) contacted e-dreams and they were unable to resolve the problem with the airline.
I was left with a feeling of being unimportant and just another internet customer looking for a cheap price without the customer service afterwards (unless you were willing to pay for their annual Premium Service)
After receiving an email from eDreams I contacted Qatar airlines directly and they were able to inform me that my reservation was confirmed and a name change was unnecessary as both Robert John and Robertjohn was ok to travel.
However, I signed up for a free 30 day trial of eDreams Prime expiring in July. I had the good sense to cancel any renewal.
Then, I received notification from eDreams that the fares had changed and in order to claim a £26 refund, I had to reactivate eDreams Prime membership (€54.99 a year).
What kind of a scam is this?
Qatar have not changed its fares (I contacted them to confirm this) and so all eDreams are trying to do is offer a £26 discount against their recurring eDream annual fee of €54.99
I don't trust this company now and am very wary of its business ethics.
Always good experience. All my previous bookings are from this site. Recommended.
Good service and the prices were within my budget.
No problems whatsoever.
Everything went smoothly.
And the price was fair.
I will certainly recommend eDreams to my friends.
KEEP UP THE GOOD WORK!:-)
The website has been showing me that my birthdate is wrong. I have called repeatedly to have this error repaired. EDreams agents tell me that according to their records they have the correct birthdate, which is one day later than the one shown on the website. I was told "don't worry", but of course I did worry because at check-in the birthdate on the reservation must match that on the passport or other document., else no boarding pass will be issued. I made quite a fuss, so the agent told me that "this happens a lot" and the website version of my birthdate is one day earlier than the true birthday because it depends on where on earth you are at the time. This is absolute nonsense, laughable nonsense, made up to cover the fact that what is shown on the "trip details" disagrees with the facts the agent is looking at on her screen. She suggested that I telephone the airline and see what they have to say. So I did and was told that according to the airline's records show the correct birthdate. The airline agent thereupon emailed me a confirmation notice on which, sure enough, they had the correct birthday. BUT, they had grossly mistyped my name such that, if I had not seen the error it would not have agreed with my passport, hence there would be no boarding pass. Here's what happened: Let's say my name is John Hubble Doe. Edreams shows my name in the "trip details" page as John Hubble Doe, but the airline's records show it as Johnhubble Doe. The airline's agent told me to get in touch with Edreams about the mistake because the airline cannot change their records when a third party has made the reservation. The airline also said that as things stand, they will not issue me a boarding pass. The airline also said that this error of conflating the first and middle names is a common error that has to do with defective software on the issuer's part. As a side not, I now know why, in my several conversations with EDreams agents, they always have trouble with my first name. It's because on their screen the first and second names are conflated. I now have the unenviable job of getting Edreams to correct their records and tell my airline about it.
After I booked, a travel agaent post cheaper price than what I booked on edream. It is good if you pay using ur credit card and at your home convinent.
Thank you, for your flexibility, and correct teamwork!
No thank you very much - don't want to do this at all
I just want to wait to see what will happen. Only the luggage are too expensive.
We had many difficulties at the airport, flight cancelled, no internet connection etc. But when we finally arrived at a hotel for our overnight stay I was able to access flights online and eDreams was easy to follow and straightforward to book.
Answer: Dont believe them. They are a scammer company and just tried to scam me out of my funds. Contact your Credit Card company and file a dispute. SDreams methodology is to frustrate you until you give up from wasting so much time and they get to keep our money. Your Credit Card issuer is on your side and will revers the charges
Answer: Yes I would like to participate in a class action law suit against this company who has no customer service or any way to get money back! I lost $5807 to this fraudulent company and want it back
Answer: I have the same issue. There is no help (from them) available. I gave up calling after three months... which I am sure most people do; they count on this. The savings is modest with their pricing; and hey charge for rescheduling. I rescheduled and after three months still have not received my new ticket. After many phone calls (the wait is VERY LONG to be connected to someone) I gave up; they count on you giving up. An expensive lesson - do not use them.
