After I booked the ticket from Mongolia to Hong Kong. I found out that they have made a mistake on my name. It has double my surname. So I message them to correct the mistakes.they requests this from the airline and came back negative. I called them and do it for me and they refuse to correct their mistake and hang up on me without further assisting me. I ended up cancelled my ticket and rebook it from other agency. I request a refund and it said it will take 3 months or more to refund partially to me. It was their mistake and I had to suffer and paid another ticket for my trip. I will never book from them again as they don't take responsibility to correct their own mistake.

I ordered a flight for 3 people via e-Dreams and payed around 1650 EURO. I also bought a flexible tickets and insurance so i will be protected and obviously paid a lot more for those additional services. My flight back was with Austrian airlines, and Austrian cancelled my flight back two weeks before the flight. Therefore i was forced to cancel my trip and asked eDreams for a full refund since the flight cancellation wasn't done by me and i have checked with several agencies in that case the customer receives a full refund no question ask or in the worst case a voucher for equivalent trip. To my surprise, i only received a very partial refund of 1085$ and eDreams despite numerous enquiries just said there is nothing to do and that's the airline decision. Reaching their customer service is a nightmare and the address on their website doesn't exist mail delivery failure. All my efforts to get some action in order to resolve this was met with the same short message, saying sorry the airline rejected your case. No proofs no explanations, no fighting on my behalf to receive fair compensation - nothing. At the end of the day when they took my money i was their customer, even when i purchased the more expensive tickets to ensure myself, but when something went wrong, they hide behind the airline and dismisses u, and leave you with unjust and frustration. I need to deal and find ways to contact the airlines on my own, and to fight for justice instead of eDreams. If you want reliable website, confidence, and good and fair service and to feel you have someone who will look out for you and not only after your money and then forgets about u - DO NOT BUY FROM eDREAMS.

Purchased a flight through E-dreams for my son from Luton to Cape Town South Africa with a transfer in Paris. When my son (a South Africa citizen) arrived at Luton he was told he could not travel as he needed a Schengen visa to walk across the transfer lounge in Charles De Gaulle airport. I had to cancel the flight to South Africa that cost me GBP453.00 and received a GBP9.13 refund?

Overall a good experience with only one drawback. I didn't think that I had to join prime to get the cheap fare otherwise I would've just got the normal price ticket other than that I would use eDreams again.

Answer: Dont believe them. They are a scammer company and just tried to scam me out of my funds. Contact your Credit Card company and file a dispute. SDreams methodology is to frustrate you until you give up from wasting so much time and they get to keep our money. Your Credit Card issuer is on your side and will revers the charges
Answer: Yes I would like to participate in a class action law suit against this company who has no customer service or any way to get money back! I lost $5807 to this fraudulent company and want it back
Answer: I have the same issue. There is no help (from them) available. I gave up calling after three months... which I am sure most people do; they count on this. The savings is modest with their pricing; and hey charge for rescheduling. I rescheduled and after three months still have not received my new ticket. After many phone calls (the wait is VERY LONG to be connected to someone) I gave up; they count on you giving up. An expensive lesson - do not use them.
