Avoid subscribing to prime membership in 69.99 when you finally get through to cancel they reduce it by 95% and push and pressure you to stay subscribe avoid avoid avoid

We booked a real in may. We booked best western and flights from humberside airport. The next morning only the hotel was booked. No flights. I have booked through klm now. No different in price. So I checked price of hotel in Berlin. No difference in price. So there is no discount just inflated prices then discount offered if you join the club for 55 quid a year. Won't be joining. I just hope the taxes are included in the hotel price or else it'll be a lot more. Other booking site price included all taxes.

Used edreams 12 months ago and signed up for a free subscription to get a cheap flight. I went to cancel the subscription (it is for edreams and for prime plus) and did so on the prime side of things. The process required to cancel for the edreams side of things takes you around in circles, however I removed my card from the account to stop unauthorised payments. A payment of $96 was deducted in Jan 2023. Now, 12 months later, after I could not cancel the debit and I have returned from overseas I got another $96 deduction. Again, I went around in circles trying to workput how to cancel this unwanted subscription and ended up calling their American number from Australia as this is the only way to cancel it.
I was on the phone for about 45 minutes with an operator doing and saying everything to stop me from cancelling this subscription. She even labelled me stupid for wasting it. I repeated over and over to cancel it, asked to speak with her team leader after some time. She then went on cancel it, assuring me it had been done. I asked for an email confirming this to which she groaned and only then actually went to cancel the subscription.
I have honestly never experienced anything designed to keep uou trapped paying $96 per year for nothing.
I hardly write reviews but this infuriated me. Stay right away from this dishonest company.
Customer service for prime is very good, only the website is too slow and I encounter many times crash on the website, at the last step of the booking, there is no button of "continue", I have to refresh again and again but still not working. If you can improve, would be appreciated!

I was looking for flights and accommodation for the Rugby in Rome and found eDreams to be the most competitive. Booking though them was straightforward and I got confirmation within the 24hr window they stated. All in all, a good experience so far and if the trip goes to plan and accom is as promised on their site, I will definitely use them again.

Answer: Dont believe them. They are a scammer company and just tried to scam me out of my funds. Contact your Credit Card company and file a dispute. SDreams methodology is to frustrate you until you give up from wasting so much time and they get to keep our money. Your Credit Card issuer is on your side and will revers the charges

The savings is modest with their pricing; and hey charge for rescheduling. I rescheduled and after three months still have not received my new ticket. After many phone calls (the wait is VERY LONG to be connected to someone) I gave up; they count on you giving up. An expensive lesson - do not use them.
