Wrong amounts charged to my card

According to my booking (eDreams booking reference: *******6646) I have to pay for Transavia France: £ 103.53 and for eDreams: £ 95.41, that means the total is £ 198.94. But they take 111.35e for edreams and 119.77e for transavia in my credit card. I'm really disappointed about that. I called service Edreams, but then I waited for 20min but no one answer, the chat with edreams doesn't help anything. Now I don't know how to get my money back. I really want to cancel this booking

New to this site for booking with KLM I normally use the official site. So, I was sceptical to begin my booking it's a lot of money to loose.

Ok, eDreams are very pushy. Also I tried to change my flight time on my return flight: Not easy! The automated help service is awful, just kept repeating the same unhelpful information.

I can't set password

Dear Madam/Mr
I can't set password on my eDreamsPrime account.
I clicked on the password setup link from email and went step by step: Welcome to Prime, How it works, Password setup and when I enter the password and the green confirmation lights up and I press Add account password nothing happens and the password is not created. I tried repeatedly but it doesn't work. If it doesn't work, I would like to cancel the Prime 30-day free trial account.
