Lots of great deals on flights and very friendly website to use. Fast and easy
Too late we wait an hour in flight and when I bought tickets I don't understand price

I have booked a flight with them for $1500 + and they cancelled it due to airline didn't get confirmation with them. They are only offering $986 as refund now and I have to spend another $2200 to book the flight to the same destination again. They also lied about flight being fully booked where I was able to find seats in the same flight to the same destination for the same date. This is not a place I will never book my vacations anymore and don't trust them at all. What a rip off!

I have always searching for a best price with all agency using momondo or other travel app.
Yes and I found eDreams always give the complete and best price. So often I used eDreams.
Selecting and booking a flight was a good experience w eDreams. The steps for a successful booking were simple and straightforward.
Booking was straight forward it all went well. Confirmation came quickly.
Booking was easy and the price was good. But I will be able to give proper feedback after the trip.
Compared price of the same ticket with other sites but e Dreams were most competitive. Very quickly received confirmation and tickets.
A month ago, I wanted to cancel my eDreams Prime. I called to cancle, the officer said not to cancel and he gave me a better Prime membership with $70 voucher for flights and $100 for hotel, Not only i cant use these vouchers, now I booked a flexible tickets which i cant change my date! They charge me the price of a new ticket intead of the price difference for date changing for my flexible ticket. Total SCAM
1.The price from eDREAMS is so much higher when you want to make the payment.
2. The vouchers they provided for PRIME membership are not valid, when you called in the asked, they said oh we are sorry, we will provide you a new voucher. It happened again when i wanted to use the voucher for my next purchase.
3. When you want to cancle the PRIME membership, it is so hard to cancel it. You cant do it hey will keep going around not to cancel the membership.
4. When you called their hotline, they couldnt help to solve the issues.
5. After telling them to cancel my PRIME membership, they called me again saying they didnt get the confirmation from me to cancel the membership. RIDICULOUS! Total SCAM. WAste of time, energy, and money.
I lost my flexible ticket, i was not able to use the voucher.

EDreams is a company that does not fulfill its promises, it says that one month is a trial period of premium membership and you can cancel it whenever you want, and this is where a problem arises, you cannot cancel it by email or simply with a link to cancel, but you have to call, after I called for half an hour they pester you with all kinds of questions and at the end they call you that the premium membership has been canceled so that after 5 days they charge me again for the membership, and I call again for a refund of the funds that they stole from me and they tell me that they cannot return it in full, but they charged me 70 us and returned me 50 us. This is how only SCAMMERS act AND I APPEAL: AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY

Answer: Dont believe them. They are a scammer company and just tried to scam me out of my funds. Contact your Credit Card company and file a dispute. SDreams methodology is to frustrate you until you give up from wasting so much time and they get to keep our money. Your Credit Card issuer is on your side and will revers the charges

Answer: I have the same issue. There is no help (from them) available. I gave up calling after three months... which I am sure most people do; they count on this. The savings is modest with their pricing; and hey charge for rescheduling. I rescheduled and after three months still have not received my new ticket. After many phone calls (the wait is VERY LONG to be connected to someone) I gave up; they count on you giving up. An expensive lesson - do not use them.
