The staffs are helpful and kind. The work was quickly done in no time.
App is very convenient and user friensly. There are no efforts to book and find cheaper things with other travel apps. But I waited about 1hours at the reception not for confirming booking. My booking is registered not by my name and address. Call sevice solved problem but our family were very tired. I became to know that booking of name and address is edreams name(Javier...) and address(spain).
It should correct next time. I don't want have thing again!

Great, effective, and efficient! It was the simplest way that I found to book my flights.
All went smoothly, the call to confirm my change on the flight was fast and accurate. The support team doing good job.
Hotel suited in slum area, no access by car, unsuitable specially disabled body. Bad steps and steep staircase to bedroom. No bedroom on ground floor.
My wife being disable badge holder refused to stay here. I asked owner to find us descent hotel?.
I took me to a hotel in Centre and we stayed there for full stay. I paid taxes to original hotel owner also.
I asked for a refund and he told me he doesn't get paid till end of month,so I should claim from agency?.

The reservation was easy and fast. I hope that it will be the same during our flight.
I totally understand why you are attracting a customer for the ePrime option and make them to apply for e-prime. I also understand that you put a limitation for 30 days. Only it would have been much better in our situation that the trial period not start directly from date of booking the trip but after the first booking date, which is 30th of July 2024. Because we wanted to book hotels, car rental and other services with eDream during our vacation (30th of July and 14th of August). We are going on a route that might change day by day or during our trip and start booking Hotels while on route to the next city of our trip. Also i found it confusing in your ePrime welcome mail, is mentioned that i can cancel online, it is stated like this "Your paid membership will start on 18-06-2024 at £ 89.99/year. Cancel anytime online or call 020 76 608 564. You can only ever have one Prime free trial in eDreams, Opodo or GoVoyages.". Only i am in IT for the last 30 years and it was impossisbile to find anywhere on my ePrime portal to find any online cancelation button other than calling and i am deaf mute person. So how can i call and share the above with your support?

Answer: Dont believe them. They are a scammer company and just tried to scam me out of my funds. Contact your Credit Card company and file a dispute. SDreams methodology is to frustrate you until you give up from wasting so much time and they get to keep our money. Your Credit Card issuer is on your side and will revers the charges

Answer: I have the same issue. There is no help (from them) available. I gave up calling after three months... which I am sure most people do; they count on this. The savings is modest with their pricing; and hey charge for rescheduling. I rescheduled and after three months still have not received my new ticket. After many phone calls (the wait is VERY LONG to be connected to someone) I gave up; they count on you giving up. An expensive lesson - do not use them.
