Surprised to learn about eDreams. Hopefully, I'll be able to make travel plans through them again.

The quality of the audio as well as level of English with the support/help desk needs improvement
Strangely enough the recorded messages before and after shaving with help desk were excellent, however the audio and the level of English (accent and prononciation) messe or vertu difficult to understand what the last was saying.
I had no discrepancies which left ne to believe I can rely on eDreams for future bookings too
