They promise coupons that don't exist and don't work when it comes to applying them, even with the fine print. You call on the phone and he doesn't know what to say. I will never go prime again. They are scammers

Опыт отрицательный, некомпетентность менеджеров с трудом компенсируется дешевизной предложений авиаперевозок. Но если у вас вместо нервов стальные канаты, то велкам! Абсолютный пофигизм в отношении уже заплативших за трансфер. Так я не был предупрежден ни по телефону, ни по электронной почте об отмене рейса. Сюрприз обнаружил за пару часов до отлета, но ведь деньги заплачены, менеджеры свое отработали! На остальное им наплевать.
