First time using edreams

Everything was great and efficient. However, I also received a follow up email from the airline with booking information. However, the airline greeting was not my name but a passenger on my reservation. Additionally, the name in the billing section was not my name, but the passenger in the greeting. Also the billing name was connected to my debit/credit card. I'm not sure how the airline got that mixed up. That is concerning for me. Especially, since it's the airline that's has the information incorrect. I assume that the edreams staff sent the wrong information to Vueling Airlines. I would greatly appreciate a follow up response confirm Vueling's information is corrected, before my flight.

I didn't know if I was doing it correctly and I wasn't sure if the site was real or a fraud. It took me over 30 minutes to complete when it should have taken more like 10 minutes to book a flight and then come to find out I have to pay extra for a carry on? I know that is probably the airline. Nothing was clear and I was confused through the whole process.

Don't think that customers are fools. Don't use reservations to cheat. I will not use your website to book air tickets next time. I have bought air tickets from your website three times before. There were no problems with the previous reservations, but this time my experience was very bad. After the reservation was completed, I did not get confirmation from the airline for a long time. It was simply a fraud. The so-called ticket confirmation code could not be found on the airline website.
I will tell my friends on X and Facebook about this experience.
