Like most others who have posted here, ecyclebest basically stole the two laptops I sent them. Although the initial response - packing box received, etc. is good, there is actually no money ever reimbursed to my knowledge.

This bull$#*! $#*! website told me they would give me 75 dollars for my tablet so i sent my tablet to them in good condition i got a check the next day saying 11 mfn dollars like wtf...!

The receiver for the company is Hays Financial Consulting out of Atlanta. They request that you go to their webpage and input your email address to help keep you updated on the status of the case. Also, so they have a way of contacting you to hopefully return your property.

These are obviously crooks. I sent them a laptop which they initially valued at $65 and then they informed that it is worth $13 only, and when I questioned the valuation procedure and details, they sent me a phone number for follow-up that doesn't work, and after that terminated their email address. I never received even the $ 13 payment. They are simply crooks!

You need to file a complaint I sent 2 devices to them and after intensive calling i finally got through the logistics company and told me what happened.

I sent my laptops in over a month ago and they stilll haven`t contacted me but only to see if i knew the BOI password then they said I owe them $10 and still haven`t see me my money and no one answer when I I wish knew this site was bad before I sent my laptops in someone should put them on blast on you-tube so others can see.

I sent them my Iphone 6 plus. Received an email that they had received my phone. No word ever since. That was over one week ago. When you call their phone number, it goes right to voicemail with no opportunity to leave a message. No response to email inquiries either. Do not use this company for any reason.

I send them two phones and I have not heard anything from them everyone should get together and sue these thieves.

I sent my iPad2 expecting $147. It was like new, even had the original box. I got nothing. I sent 3 emails and again nothing. When you call the listed number, it states you have called outside of their normal business hours even though it is not.

I took pictures of the label and was able to track the delivery. I have filed a complaint with the USPS for fraud.

Online it said I would hetes $250 and after they "evaluated" my phone they said I will get a check for $35! I was stunned and emailed them immediately to demand my phone back but looks like that won't happen with all these terrible reviews

I agree with most. Quoted over $250 for my laptop... sending $16 check. Ridiculous. And customer service sucks. Never heard back from them!

They stole my iPad! Stay away from this horrible company. I can't even get it back! Can we report them?!?! Where do I even start! I'm so angry!

I gave them my lightly used working perfectly iPad. I then called them to ask about a price and they said my iPad was beat up and wouldn't work. I TESTED my iPad before turning it in and it worked perfectly. They then told me it had no monetary value and that they would recycle it for me free but I got nothing. This company is full of crap

I was quoted $150 for a 1st gen iPad Mini which seemed a bit fishy but I went ahead with it. When they had their "professionals" "inspect" my iPad, the final quote was $11. Fortunately, I was able to get the iPad back from them without any damage or anything and sold it on a different site painlessly.

Like everyone else states- they are scammers. Rude, unprofessional - a big waste of time.

Gave me $33 for an initial $200 estimate. I let them know ahead of time that there was a defective hard drive so I took it out and asked for an adjusted estimate which I didn't get. Don't waste your time.
